Great for airport stays
Fantastic hotel, handy if you are staying overnight in Madrid with a flight the following day. Complementary shuttle allows travel to the hotel easily, as well as being located near a Metro station.
Staff were friendly, rooms were very spacious, extremely comfortable beds in a blackout room with a fantastic shower too. Extremely clean and great value - bit of noise from the street but as Spain had just won the World Cup I suppose this was to be expected!

Great Stay
Great few days in Madrid with the sercotel as our base . My son and I thoroughly enjoyed it . Location for the airport is fantastic and a very smooth transfer on the hotel bus . Rooms are modern and very clean and fresh bedding and towels each day . Breakfast was very nice and a mix of hot and cold buffet and very reasonable . Short walk to metro station to explore madrid

It was ok , the only thing I didn’t like was the employee , a young man who we check our two rooms with , he was a little rude , it seemed like he got bothered to do our checking , He was talking to someone in the phone so he looked like we were interrupting him

The only reason we did not give a 5 star review was the terrible terrible airport van pickup. I emailed in advance often trying to understand when and when it would come. They finally told me but we ended up waiting almost 1.5hrs for what was supposed to be a 45” max wait. As we waited and waited we called the hotel only to be told we aren’t in the right place (but we were) and were given 3 different locations and pickup times!!!!! Never ever had such a bad hotel pickup experience in 50yrsof worldwide travel!!!!

We had an early flight before kitchen was open, so the staff turned on the lights and coffee machine and brought out croissant so we could have something before we left. That was much appreciated.
