We would like to express our sincerest thanks to the entire team of the hotel for the wonderful experience they have provided to my daughter and me (Mar y Monica). We would like to highlight, with special affection, the attention of Alex, Miguel, Guille, Cecilia, Andrea, Celtia, Maria, Susanna, Andrés, Leía, Aitana, Lecna and Noelia, and if we leave anyone, thanks equally to the whole team and the charming management of the hotel.
From the first moment, we were made to feel at home. His treatment has been exceptional: close, attentive and always attentive to every detail. We want to highlight especially the love and dedication they had with our dog, something that for us has been fundamental and that made a difference. Thanks to this, we decided to extend our stay during our move to enjoy a few days of real rest.
We felt really sorry to leave, which says a lot about the cozy atmosphere that you get in the hotel. Special mention should also be made of the cleaning team, whose work has been impeccable and worthy of recognition.
We have certainly been loyal as customers. We would repeat without thinking and hope that the hotel is valued and congratulated for the excellent atmosphere, comfort and level of detail they offer. Congratulations to the whole team!

SICUR 2026

Modern and pleasant hotel for a professional stay or even family. The rooms are not large, but the comfort is there. The mattress is comfortable. Breakfast while being continental is not a must, it is definitely not your strongest point. The kitchen (I dined there one day) is also not properly a good kitchen. Pre-made and reheated products.
Overall it was not one of the worst places where I stayed in Madrid, and it has a good quality price ratio

Sparks was great! My favorite part was the steamer in the room for my clothes! Staff were wonderful as well! I wish I planned ahead more as the location is thirty minutes by metro to the city center.

Economical option for a short stay

Had a one night stay after arriving in Madrid on a late evening flight. Hotel is fairly close to the airport via taxi. Our room was clean and modern, if slightly cramped. We had breakfast included in our rate, which was a little disappointing in terms of quality and variety, but adequate for the price paid for the room. Overall, a decent option for a short stay if the price is right.

Pretty good Hilton property.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend. Absolutely meets all the criteria for the mid-range Hilton property. Basic rooms with all the necessary amenities. Pretty limited breakfast choices, equivalent to Hampton. Very comfy bed.
The hotel lacks a gym, so if you are ok with that, just go for it.
The hotel is 10 minutes away from the metro station and a 10-euro cab ride to the airport. It worked very well for me and I would stay again.
