Excellent location. Even though you are on a fairly busy street it is quite at night thanks to sound proof windows.

I do not recommend it

I have just finished my stay and, honestly, I feel like leaving this review because I believe that the photos and descriptions of a property should reflect reality.
From the photos, it seemed like something completely different. Air conditioning is indicated, but in reality, there was a sort of portable unit in the room, very noisy, to the point that it was practically impossible to sleep at night.
The room was really very small and the bathroom even more so: the shower was practically inside the bathroom and it was difficult for two people to fit comfortably.
Furthermore, for three days we did not find any body wash or hand soap and we were left only one roll of toilet paper.
And I will add one more thing: yesterday the property contacted us saying that we had a **free cleaning** available. Honestly, I don't know what was cleaned: the bed hadn't been made, the bathroom was exactly as I had left it, and the floor didn't even look like it had been swept. At this point, I wonder what they mean by "cleaning."
Another big difference compared to the photos concerns the view: it seemed like the room overlooked the Gran Via, while in reality, the window practically faced a wall. For those who suffer from claustrophobia, it would really be a problem.
The only positive thing is definitely the **location**, because the property is truly central and allows you to get around easily on foot.
For the price paid, however, I definitely expected more. I'm sorry to say it, but I felt cheated. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it: in Madrid, for the same amount, I believe there are much better properties.

The place was ok but not for family trips but for young people basically , tiny shower for big people. The rest was fine

The location could not have been more perfect. We were right in the middle of Madrid with restaurants and anything we needed steps away. The place was nice and comfortable. The only improvements I would suggest is have shampoo and soap. There was shower gel only. The countertops in kitchen and bathroom were not in great shape which made it not look too notch if I am being picky. But overall a great experience and I would stay there again when back in Madrid.
