Exceptional location & dune sea views, large, sunny and very clean.
A small apartment block but managed very well and is very clean. The apartments may appear a little dated inside but you soon see through that with the large rooms, all the amenities you need and a very big balcony with beds and table and 4 chairs. Recommend a Dune view room. The views in the day or evening with a drink are amazing. Location is superb with direct access from the apartment onto the walk way. From this walk way you are literally mins from the beach down the steps or 5 mins to the sunset viewing gallery. CITA is 5 mins walk and Jumbo 15 mins max. There are alleyways at the rear connecting these up. Supermarket at CITA or others around. We had a late flight but toilets and showers available including somewhere to store the luggage. A very good apartment that we would use again.

We will not be back!
Since the staff works for several apartment complexes at the same time, the reception is max. 1 hour per day and only available with prior notice. Pre-registration for checkout did not work. After vehement insistence, someone came and handed us the deposit for the vault key. Apartments a bit old. Too few towels, kitchen extremely minimalist furnished. Umbrellas and shower by the pool unusable. Water in pool polluted with leaves etc.
With the acquisition by Alsol, the service and quality has deteriorated a lot (no more bread roll service, no reception, no more beach/pool towels, no reply to emails, etc.).

Gorgeous/Womanly
A really nice apartment complex with friendly staff and a very pleasant location near the beach. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need, the bathroom is a bit small but adequate. The bread roll service is great and the WiFi works well, the pool is a bit too exposed to the sun and the umbrellas are too permeable, so it gets hot. Everything is very clean and a bit 80s/90s-like, we'll be back here!

Practical not perfect
We enjoyed our short holiday close to the
Playa !! This accommodation is clean and functional. The service is very good and the morning breakfast buns are a kind gesture. We thought the beds were uncomfortable and the room needed to be
refurbished. If you want a basic accommodation close to the Cita Shopping Center and close proximity to the beach , then this is just the right self catering apartment for you.

Jump the walls
We have been staying at Apartementos Patricio for 11 days. This is our first time at this place.
All in all it’s a okay decent and well cleaned apartment. Though a bit dated inside as pinewood furniture, decoration and wear and tear.
There are a well supplied kitchen and a big screen tv with 250 German channels and 30 Spanish!!
Outside a garden with a nice pool area, bubble pool and sun-beds and a pathway direct to the promenade.
Here are 15 apartments and we picked this one from its location from the promenade walks earlier. We like this area cause it’s quiet and easy to find a parking space and that’s why we specified in the booking in dec. ‘17 that we wanted a top floor apartment with preferred ocean view. We got the opposite when we arrived in March. We even called the receptionist 1,5 week before arriving to ensure that they knew about our preferences and he told us that it wouldn’t be a problem. There where no possibility to change room according to the receptionist.
Another issue is that we noticed the receptionist 3 times by mail, telephonecall and even the same day of arrival, that we would arrive late and after the reception was closed. Not a problem at all, they replied. But when we arrived there where no one at the place and the 2 telephonesnumbers listed on the entrance, where not working. We had to jump over the wall to get inside and down to the closed reception and there was an emergency number and the phone was picked up by some “in charge” and 10 min later we got help getting our room.
Hope other will get a nicer stay without climbing the walls to get in.
