A nice but unattended hostel
Not being able to withdraw from the reservation, because it forces you to pay when you make the reservation, two or 3 days before they inform us that they are going on vacation, that the breakfast we had contracted...only leave us a complimentary coffee pot...
The chekin has to be done with a code on the street door and a device with another code inside, which is who gives you the key. That device, as everything electronic fails... we went well, but the next (regular customers) did not, and since they were on vacation... it was 10 at night and they could not enter the room.
When we left for dinner we saw 2 breakfasts in the dining room (filmed) and when I told him by wasap if they were the ones we had paid for he told me no, they were for regular customers that he would refund the amount of breakfast by bizum.
When he told us in the mail that they were leaving, I asked for another pillow for the lady, but they forgot and since there was no one...
The room was very clean, only the shower was rammed, and since there was no one...

Automatic reception or you had to pay at least a day in advance to have the access code to the building then enter our data to receive the room card...
Luckily the owner was on site and helped us do everything
Otherwise we would still be on site...
