First but not the last time

First time we have stopped here and it wont be the last, we were greeted by the most friendly of staff who could not do enough for us, showed us two rooms to pick from and both were very nice, no smell of smoke and very clean, its an old building but is kept superbly clean, no frills but at the prices you can not fault it, ideal stopover when travelling from southern to northern Spain and easy to find , Many thanks.

Could be improved.

Last year we were there and we were surprised by the quality, but this year the quality has declined. The pork knuckle was dry, and the squid was passable. A special mention should be made of the salmorejo, which was good and homemade. We are sorry, we hope it can be resolved.

Poor care, poor quality and expensive.

We saw the opinions but in the end we went because they had the electric charger on the door. But it is worth walking 50 meters and going to other much better places. The attention leaves much to be desired, and that was 5 tables. The menu is worth 22 euros and is not far there. The artificial dessert totally. The stews leave much to be desired. And on top of that the waiter treated us terrible for ordering a sandwich person instead of a menu. Disrespectful.
We certainly won't be back.

Bad service

15 min wait to put a takeaway coffee. . The nuy unsympathetic waiter... You see it and it just makes you want to go... It made me feel like coffee... Shame for the good location it has... Sometimes there's a young waitress who's not very nice either...

Good Value

We used this place as a stop over, happy with what we got, big room, well heated, big king or queen size bed, would use again. Handy as well set back off the motorway. There is a restaurant but we did not use it, it seemed popular, it was nearly full when we arrived. No charge for or dog.
