The perfect oasis.

The perfect oasis for your Northern Way. Stop reading nonsense about this place. It is without a doubt the best hostel on the Camino. Both facilities, service, com the deal, and food are TOP. Anyone who says otherwise lies. I attest to this with my resume of opinions from different establishments in Spain.
Both Mrs Carmen, Sara (as they cook), and Laura’s shale treatment, make a team to make the pilgrim feel at home.
Dinner I loved: Farm burger, with a nice touch and dessert carrot cake, that made you climb to heaven. They do so well at dinner parties, they fill up with townspeople.
Girls continue like this, I will soon be back with the family....

Experience not recommended. The service is terrible and the facilities do not look like what appears in the photos. We don't give it a zero because you can't. Much better accommodation in the area

The facilities of Casa Carmina are very good, but the Service is abysmal. The house charged us an expense alleging damage to the room — a charge made only after our departure, without notice, and charged to the credit card without notification.
In contesting the charge, even informing Booking, Sara, of the pension, presented a security camera video with image and audio recording to try to justify her point of view. Even if the audio doesn’t serve what Sara intended, it’s clear that the management is unethical, as the security camera in the main hall — where the meals are served — records audio, which violates data protection laws.
For these reasons, I do not recommend Casa Carmina, especially because of Sara's passive-aggressive behavior.
But if you want to eat knowing that your images and your voice are being recorded, good luck.

A gem on the road

Casa Carmina is a very welcoming hostel with first class facilities. The rooms are heated and have hot water, laundry rooms with brush and soap to clean boots and shoes. Everything is in excellent condition. The owners are very nice and friendly, welcomed us very well and gave us tips for the Camino. And to close with a golden clasp, they have a delicious menu, the burgers are the best, you can not miss them!!

Wonderaaaaaaa.

Wonderful experience. We just thought about coming back and enjoying it once again. This is Asturian paradise. And on top of that with a fair and fantastic price. The food they make is fantastic, genuine and healthy with an exquisite presentation. The best Cuban Sandwich we have ever tried
