Wonderful stay.

Wonderful 5-night stay in this charming guesthouse. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness of the hosts, the speed of the hostess's responsiveness via WhatsApp, the advice for visits, the map of Toledo, the possibility of parking the car on the property, the tranquility, the comfort, the bedding, the mosquito nets on the windows, the numerous storage spaces, the pool, the garden, and the incredible breakfast that was different each day. Close to Toledo and Puy du Fou, ideal for visiting Madrid by train in 25 minutes. Thank you for everything; we highly recommend it. Patrick and Lisette. Thank you very much.

Wow! If you are going to stay near Toledo and don't need to be in the middle of the city this is the place for you. Beautiful grounds! I mean, beautiful flowers, clean, peaceful--just amazing. The pool was a major highlight for the kids (and us) it was so clean and refreshing. The rooms were nice, very clean, and the bathroom might have been the biggest part of the room. The beds were comfortable, and in the middle of a heatwave the air conditioning was much appreciated. The thing that really sets this place apart though is the hospitality of the host and the amazing breakfast that really gets your day started in such a lovely way. On check-in the host sat with us and reviewed a map of the old town, explaining how to best access it, and gave us some dining suggestions. The breakfast was perfect from the coffee and juice to fresh fruit and abundant meat and cheese. Parking was so easy. The balcony was very nice at night (heat wave) to enjoy some fresh air and look onto the moon and stars. Amazing find!

Cancelled reservation paid

We made an online reservation for 2 nights, paid 30%, as stated in the reservation conditions and received the confirmation email.
Then they send us another email canceling the reservation because it had to be three nights which they did not notice as they do other hotels at the time of booking.
Informality reportable to consumers.

Unserious. Very informal after accepting the reservation by sending two confirmation emails and charging the amount of 30% of it, at the same time I get another cancellation email without giving explanations. I have to call them on the phone and they call me cheeses because the minimum reservation is three days...
It is not informed on their website and the page allows the reservation. Don't waste our time on mismanagement.
