BREAKFAST ISN'T WORTH IT.

The hotel is fine but the breakfast is not worth it. Very basic for what they charge. Boat juice, machine coffee, cold churros...

Disappointment in Silken Irati Gate

Today we arrived at the hotel Silken Puerta de Irati and they could not find my reservation. I looked at the email and I was wrong. Instead of the 5th of November I had booked for two nights, but on the 5th of December. My mistake.
The receptionist, very kindly, through a common chat they have between the hotel establishments in the valley has found us room for today and tomorrow. He also told me to speak to Booking to see if they would accept the cancellation. I spoke to Booking and they told me that they sent an email to the hotel to accept, they, the cancellation (usual protocol). Well, the receptionist tells me that the hotel does not accept it, that it has to pay a lot of payroll and that money is already secured, even knowing that the two nights of reservation from December 5 to 7 are on the bridge of the Immaculate and that you can surely sell them again.
Finally, an uncommercial attitude that is not, at all, conciliatory or leaves a good taste in the mouth, leading me to write this review to warn future customers of the bread that is given in this place and that does not come again.
And we, because of my mistake and the lack of empathy of this receptionist or her management team, leave with a bill of 335 € for two nights plus the cost of the new hotel with which we can sleep these two nights in the valley of the Salazar River.
Still, it is worth the trip and the view to the valley, another thing is where one decides to stay.

Outstanding Stay 10

From the moment of arrival everything has been exceptional.
All lovely staff without exception. The girls at the front desk, the cafeteria staff and the restaurant...all.
The rooms a luxury. Much more than a 3-star hotel.
In short...if you want a five star stay do not hesitate.
