Excellent location, comfort, and cleanliness.

THE GOOD: Excellent location, next to Gascona Street and very close to the cathedral square. It has paid parking.
Very clean and new apartment. Comfortable bed. Spacious closets. Good air conditioning. Daily cleaning with changes of sheets and towels.
THE BAD: The kitchen is barely equipped and can only be used with a microwave.
In the bathroom, there are no hooks or hangers for the towels.
The hotel has accessibility issues, with steps from the lobby to the elevator, or a complete staircase down, without an elevator, to the breakfast area.
This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel; I have been in a room, in a studio, and in an apartment, and it remains my reference location in Oviedo.

Poor for a 4-star hotel

Very well-located hotel, excellent attention from the receptionist Adrián.
But the building is outdated, tile grout in the shower is blackened, housekeeping service is inconsistent, and the buffet is low quality.

Sleepless nights guaranteed.

Organized group trip. Terrible experience. Impossible to sleep, full of kids making noise all night. No doorman to manage the situation.
People could have been separated by floors.
Soundproofing between rooms is nonexistent.
For a 4-star hotel, lack of amenities; kettle, safe, etc.
The hotel only holds up due to its central location and the friendliness of the staff... if you encounter them.

Unsuitable for those with disabilities!

Reception staff were friendly and helpful!!! This hotel is unsuitable for the disabled. Steps everywhere and no ramps. No lift down to the dining room. We had problems with someone who had to use a wheelchair. Grumpy staff in dining room. Shortage of cereal bowls and ended up using a cup twice. Fried eggs inedible. One of our group had to ask the cleaner to wash the floor in their room as it was really dirty.
This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars, which is a shame as it is extremely well situated and coaches can stop outside. Cider street is just around the corner.
