Back to nap, village

Very family hotel, sara and the charming reception boy, very clean room, with bathroom in room
Very complete breakfast, many options to choose , and very much like in the kitchen of your home
It's hard to find him the first day. But the hotel's hold, it's fine to see all the old town
Less than 2 minutes away you are in the whole old town
If I would go back to gijon I would go back to nap puebla
Expensive is not always the best
Nap village is cheap and you feel at home, sara kisses, from the girls of santander

Mold and humidity.

The rooms smelled of mold, clearly present under the air conditioner in our room. Damp place. The only positive note, a fairly rich breakfast.

Reasonable stay

We made a reservation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children 7 and 13 years old) and students gave an extra bed and towels for 3. We made a complaint and provided the missing towels but said they only had a bigger bed and was already being used.
The shower cabin is pretty good.

Pub below the hotel

The hotel cheap and clean but there is 4 Pub below, very well located in the center of town, the breakfast acceptable and the staff very well too.But access by car and the theme of pubs is something that penalizes it as an option for weekend at least

They're scoundrels.

Dismal management and lack of empathy.
I called the night before the reservation to the hotel to advise that I could not attend my reservation due to the death of an immediate family member, they sent me to speak to Booking directly (who told me that they would talk to the hotel as it was their decision to return my money or not).
I asked to have my dates changed and was told that nothing could be done. And then three days later, the charge came to me.
Don't book at this hotel, they rightly have such bad reviews.
