Can Cirera, Palma – A Perfect Stay

From the moment I arrived, Can Cirera set the perfect tone. The staff were exceptional throughout, warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to go above and beyond. Kindly offered a room upgrade on arrival, a really lovely touch that immediately made us feel valued as guests.
The hotel’s location is excellent, you are literally next to the cathedral. Everything you need in Palma is right on your doorstep, making it easy to explore the city at your own pace without the hassle of long transfers or taxis, but with easy routes and parking near by if you hire a car to explore the island.
Over three nights, there wasn’t a single thing I could fault. The whole experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. Can Cirera sets a high bar, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a standout place to stay in Palma!

Disappointing stay in a beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful, but our stay was disappointing. Our room was located on the first floor, facing the horse carriages, so we couldn't open the curtains without compromising our privacy. The noise continued past midnight, making it difficult to sleep.
The room also had ants, spiders, and mosquitoes. We were leaving at 4:00 a.m., so I asked if we could have the included breakfast the previous morning instead, but the request was refused. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, but the service and room experience did not match the price.

UNPLEASANT

It was a very unpleasant experience, not with the hotel, but with the hotel café employee.
We were visiting the area of the Palma cathedral and found it to be a pleasant place to have something in the hotel's little interior terrace.
I ordered a glass of wine while my wife went to the restroom, and when she came out, she was approached in a very unpleasant manner by the hotel employee who was in the café at that moment and who had served me the glass of wine, somewhat reprimanding her for having used the bathroom and demanding two euros for the use of the restroom.
We found it to be absurd and brazen on the part of this employee, who could and should have addressed my wife in a different tone and manner.
By the way, the glass of wine was seven euros, which is quite a lot!!!

Beautiful hotel, breakfast needs improvement.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and in a very central location. The staff at check-in was very capable, but the breakfast staff was terrible; we had breakfast included, and all that was included was
coffee and a croissant, which is why I recommend not booking the B & B rate, considering that the cost per night is over €400, you do not expect such a breakfast.
The girls at breakfast seemed to pretend not to understand what we were asking for.
For the rest, everything was okay.

Perfect hotel for people who want to stay centrally and actively explore the island.

For me, it is the ideal hotel in Palma when traveling as a couple. Central location to explore Palma. Friendly staff who also offer an alternative solution in smaller situations (the air conditioning is not working properly). Breakfast in the morning is almost alone and undisturbed. We were completely undisturbed; I really like that.
