⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An excellent stay, thanks especially to Santiago at the front desk.

We traveled as a family, we are five people, and our experience at the hotel was excellent. During our stay, we were in three different types of rooms and in all of them we found comfortable, very clean, and pleasant spaces.
I want to make a VERY special mention of Santiago, at the front desk. From the first moment, he was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. He genuinely strove at all times to ensure that our family had a quiet, comfortable, and pleasant stay. He was always attentive, looking for solutions and doing everything in his power to help us. Without a doubt, Santiago made a big difference in our experience and is the type of person who represents a hotel exceptionally well. I hope management recognizes and values his excellent work!
The breakfast was delicious, the pool area is very pleasant, and we received very good service. The beach is literally just a 3 or 4 minute walk away, which is perfect.
We are leaving with an excellent impression and are very grateful for all the attention. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again and, especially, thank you Santiago!

Average experience

So far we have been here for 2 days and we see everything as overrated, terrible and expensive breakfast; you pay 20 € for breakfast and they charge you 6+ for a juice, at 9 in the morning there was no bread left and it took about 40 minutes to restock, so far not happy at all, very expensive and poor service for where it is located.

Disappointing.

Prices are too high for the services offered, disappointing compared to the expectations set by the photos. The breakfast was scarce, and the cleanliness and care of the environments were neglected and need improvement.

Wonderful Palma Hotel

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. We loved the location with easy cab access, lots of local restaurants and beach access. The hotel had beautiful breakfasts and great service at all times from the lovely breakfast lady to the front desk clerks. We loved our ocean view rooms and the access to the promenade along the beach. The size of the hotel s nice with 25 or so rooms so it was very quiet. It was such a calm and pretty spot to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. We were always greeted by the front desk clerks and they were so helpful about every aspect of our stay.

Charming & peaceful

Stayed in this hotel as we love the area it’s not too touristy and in close proximity to Palma city you can walk ( about 45 mins or bike about 15 mins ) .. it’s a traditional Spanish hotel with a nice ambience we stayed in the suite at the top of the hotel . Nice room with a very private terrace and garden room with a bedroom upstairs ..nice furnishings and clean and comfortable .. staff are lovely and friendly , very attentive .. breakfast was served in the main building or you could sit outside nice areas to take in the lovely atmosphere ! However breakfast a little underwhelming .. very limited hot food served on a tiny hot plate in small pans ( not really very warm ) selection of pastries and jams a few cheeses and the coffee machine was so slow .. if you were in a que you would be waiting 10/15 minutes to get your coffee … I do feel for a 4 * hotel they should also offer room service ( they do not ). The hotel room has a safe and they supply towels for the pool .. pool is small and doesn’t get much sun ☀️ but the beach is right opposite .. all in all we did enjoy our stay .. I would return but needs a few tiny improvements to make it very special
