Hotel Zhero je šik butik hotel smješten u brdima s pogledom na Sredozemno more, 7 km od Palma de Mallorce. Nudi besplatni WiFi i vanjski bazen s ležaljkama. Sve klimatizirane sobe u hotelu Zhero imaju elegantan, minimalistički dekor u bijeloj boji.

Stylish and relaxing
We had a great stay at Hotel Zhero! The staff provides a familiar and professional service which made us feel welcome.
The room was super fresh and the beds, pillows and linens get 10/10, we slept so well! The pool area was perfect, no view from the street, comfortable sun beds and nice lounge area where we hung out with our friends.
The breakfast was also perfect with a large variety of fresh fruit, tasty toppings and bread. We have only stayed in Palma before but this location is so much better where you can swim in cozy bays and get nature experiences but still quickly get into Palma if you want. One recommendation is to hike along the sea.

The hotel itself was beautiful, with fresh, clean rooms and an amazing breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the service was of a high standard.
Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by the pool area being completely taken over by a big family with 10 + kids. It was often very noisy with screaming, running kids, and toys being thrown around, which made it hard to relax. They had absolutely no respect for the rest of us who were there. They completely took over the whole pool area — kids and adults alike — as if no one else existed. And the staff just stood by and watched, even though it was clear they were just as disturbed by it as we were.” It felt like adult guests without children didn’t really have a place by the pool, which was a shame since it could have been a lovely part of the holiday.
Overall, it’s a great hotel with a lot to offer, but we would mainly recommend it for families with children rather than couples or adults looking for peace and quiet.
I won’t be coming back until it’s adults only.

Lousy hotel
It is a poorly maintained hotel from the pool, which is cloudy you can not see even the bottom, full of hair and dirt, to the rooms that from the beginning are supposed to give me a clean room and I had to go down to reception to have it cleaned as it was full of hair both on the floor and on the walls of the shower, and corridors and stairs of the hotel more of the same. In short, there seems to be no cleaning service. And to conclude already during the week the elevator was bad and on the last day there were no elevators and we had to lower our bags down the stairs from an eighth floor, we went to ask for help to reception and the help we received was to laugh in our face and say to manage, since they had already called the mechanics. Lousy.

Unpleasant service
The last day he broke the elevator and we had to get all the bags down, we went to ask for help to get them down because we couldn’t, and they laughed in our face and told us to make do with it. That sucks sincerely. There are ways and means of saying things and they opted for displeasure.
