Great stay for city break
Just returned from 7 nights at the hotel, stayed in a double, booked very last minute so did not have a balcony but a room on first floor which was very nice. Room spacious, large bathroom, very comfortable bed, 2 singles pushed together, with a choice of pillows. Immaculately clean and housekeeping was excellent! Could have used a bit more storage space, had 2 suitcases, but was not crammed (just looked untidy once we unpacked). Lovely large shower, wet room, Rituals toiletries, excellent hair dryer. No magnifying mirror. Nice lighting including reading lamps. Air con very effective but only used it once, as our room was in shade. Very little street noise, and didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. The roof terrace on 2 levels was lovely, plenty of shaded areas and towels are available from reception at €10 each deposit (cash). Terrace bar only staffed on our last day, before then had to order from bar / restaurant downstairs and was the brought up. Food very good, and really enjoyed the daily breakfast which is a la carte except pastries and cereals. We only ate outside. We arrived around midnight and enjoyed sitting on square outside which has 2 fully licensed cafes which also sell ice cream, breakfast and snacks and super friendly staff. The location of the hotel was a little less central than we usually would have book but 10 minutes to old town and 20 minutes stroll to cathedral. Taxis were reasonable, 25 euros to and from airport, and 4-6 to town or beach (would also be a lovely walk but not shaded and was pretty warm to hot). By the end of our stay we really appreciated the friendly bars and cafes in hotel’s vicinity which were also less than half the price than those in city centre - bar 80s became a favourite just across from the hotel. Would definitely stay in the same hotel again and loved Palma so will return!

Modern hotel in a ideal location
Beautiful hotel in a ideal location, only 15 - 20 mins to and from the airport by taxi. Nice modern decor and feel, rooms are nice and cosy and bathroom is supplied with Rituals products which is a extra bonus. Shower was very good nice and powerful water pressure. Paid extra for the balcony room which was nice to sit and watch the busy street below, couldn't hear any outside noise at nice which was superb. Breakfast is table service and was freshly prepared and fairly quick and wasn't too busy when we went down. The spa offers a few massages and only accepts cash or bank transfer if you are wanting any treatments, no card payments are accepted for this. The roof top bar when I visited was unmanned which is a shame as I did want to sit next to the pool with my book and a nice drink but went down and sat on my balcony. I would definitely stay here again staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Good hotel and good size room. Was given an accessible room though which meant the bathroom counter was quite low for me. Neighbourhood is cute and local which is nice and very walkable to old town (or a very cheap cab ride). My room had a bit of a weird smell when I arrived. I think it was possibly because it was over the restaurant? The lighting in the room is slightly strange you can’t control all the light through the switch at the side of the bed and you have to press the light to the bathroom for five second before it comes on.

A sure bet in the heart of Palma
Excellent hotel close to all the attractions in the city of Palma, it has an excellent restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Courteous and kind staff who advise you on how to get around. Comfortable, clean room. The only downside is not having parking.

Modern Palma Hotel
Grest modern hotel not too far from the historic centre, Cathedral or Marina. We had a charming room with a balcony. The room although small had everything we desired. Also some drinks were provided free in the mini bar. Very nice. rooftop area with plunge pool were you can get drinks & snacks. The breakfast in the restaurant was tasty and plentiful. My daughter enjoyed using the spa area . All the staff were helpful & friendly and provided good restaurant recommendations There are however loads of good restaurants nearby snd plenty of good local shops & bars . I can truly recommend this hotel
