Perfect in every way

Beautiful hotel, with quirky historical features, (the gym which used to be a water storage tank), and spacious comfortable bedrooms. The staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to make our visit so special.

Hotel Perfection in Palma Majorca

From the moment we arrived at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular we were made to feel special. Check in with Miguel was unhurried affair, we were seated and offered a refreshing drink, and our luggage was collected from the taxi. Our room was towards the back of the hotel and it was a lovely walk to get there.
The room itself was so spacious, there was ample space for storage, and the room was very luxurious, very tastefully decorated with beautiful bedlinens. It was super quiet and there was a welcome bottle of wine in the room along with some sweet treats and a note Congratulating us on our 30th anniversary. This was so thoughtful.
The rooftop bar and pool area was a great place to enjoy an afternoon drink and the views of Palma and the Palma Cathedral are beautiful.
The hotel is beautiful , with some impressive art works in the common areas.
The hotel bar was stunning, the perfect place for a pre dinner drink. The bar staff were very friendly and make the most wonderful cocktails that are served in an area of unhurried understated luxury, perfect!
Breakfast was amazing, so delicious with many items made to order, the food was fresh and plentiful and the staff , again so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The hotel is in a perfect location, a very quiet street and walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions that Palma has to offer.
The Sant Francesc Hotel Singular is a perfect hotel for a long or short stay.
Thank you to all the wonderful friendly and helpful staff who made our first visit to Palma one to remember.
We would not hesitate to recommend Sant Francesc Hotel Singular to family & friends!

Perfect stay at a beautiful hotel!

We had yet another fabulous stay at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular - the staff can't do enough to help you and look after you, we ate in the Quadrant restaurant twice as it was so good and the breakfasts are a real treat. Our room was beautiful, always very clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We could fault anything - we will definitely be returning!

City break

This was our second time visiting this hotel, we visited last year as a couple and had a lovely relaxing break, we had a family holiday in Mallorca booked and decided to do a quick city stop in Palma before flying home this time taking our 2 children. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect setting in the the old town perfect for a short stroll to the shops and near to the cathedral. It is so peaceful & quiet that you do not feel like you are in the city. It is clean, with a stunning roof top and pool, lovely staff and excellent food. We would highly recommend if you are looking for a 5* hotel in the city it didn't disappoint.
