Perfect location

Perfect stay, the room is not in the main building, but it is just 1 minute away, renovated, although the shower door did not close very well and water leaked out. Otherwise, everything is perfect, the location is unbeatable, on a street between Plaza del Castillo and Estafeta Street, the parking lot is a few meters away, the room overlooks an interior patio, so although it is in the area with the most atmosphere, it is very calm.
We went for a concert at the Navarra Arena, the bus stop next door and the night bus stop less than 5 minutes away.
The girl at the reception, very friendly, explained everything to us very well and helped us with the bus routes.
If I return to Pamplona, I will repeat without a doubt

I SUPER RECOMMEND IT!!!!

Wonderful stay. Automatic check inn, you only enter with a code. The location is very good, it is on the road to Santiago, so you don't leave it.
On the way back, just a few steps away is the GAUCHO bar, we ate like the Gods, the truffled eggs and the duck Fuoi.

Very bad experience

We have had a pretty bad experience in this hostel. They have given us a room (in theory an attic), which turns out to be a very hot warehouse converted into a room, without natural ventilation, with a single small window with a spike structure so that pigeons do not enter, with noisy industrial machines very close. continuous day and night. A horror. We tried to get them to change us without success, they did not give us our money back despite expressing our discomfort. The door next to the room, a dirty warehouse, with mops and buckets, industrial machines from the hostel to which they could at least pass the key. In short, very bad service, a stay that does not meet the conditions. Not recommended.
