Camino Kindness

The staff in this hostel are lovely the food and coffee in the cafeteria owned by the same people is great. I loved the tuna, anchovy and salad rolls. A very friendly reception from a lovely lady. We had booked our holiday luggage into another facility but we were late due to the bus timetable and couldn't make it so had nowhere to store it. As we were going on the Camino the next day we asked Hostel Rodas to store our luggage. The lady very kindly said yes and showed us where to leave it safely upstairs. This place is spotless with a fridge lovely clean linen and comfy beds. I am unsure if they have washing facilities as we did not need them as we were just beginning our Camino journey. We are going back to Pamplona for a day and will be collecting our cases and staying in hostel Rodas again if there is room. It is right beside the bus station and there is a supermarket across the road so centrally located. I would definitely recommend it.

CENTRAL AND WITH A GOOD PRICE.

We booked this hostel and the truth is that the experience was good.
It is three minutes from the parking lot (public and for 12 euros for 24 hours). In front you have the English Court and you are less than ten minutes from the old town.
The hostel is very good, everything is super clean. The bed is very comfortable although the pillows (for our taste) are too thin. Very white bedding, very warm quilt,
You have wifi, good television. There is a kettle for water, infusions and sugar.
The bathroom has a good shower with a gel dispenser. Yes, it would have been nice if there had been a small heater because the bathroom was a bit cold.
The cafeteria downstairs belongs to the same people as the hostel and has very reasonable prices and great tortillas.
We will return another time because we were very comfortable.
We paid 85 euros for the room (without breakfast). Breakfast in the cafeteria; coffee and colacao (in a glass), curasan and another pastry similar to curasán, €7.10

Jacket in hotel room "thrown out" within a day

We just stayed for one night and that was no problem, however, we left early in the morning and I forgot my jacket in the room. When I noticed, I couldn't get back into the room because we had left the key inside, and at 7 am, I sent an email to the hotel manager that I will pick up the jacket the next day. When I came back the next day, I was told that they got my message but they threw out the jacket anyway. When I asked them to show me the bin they threw the jacket in so I could retrieve it, they didn't quite know where the jacket was supposedly thrown into. After endless back and forth, the manager eventually did not compensate me at all for the loss and chose to ignore me. It is shocking to think that we spent weeks on end in hostels where we left our belongings unattended and nothing was ever stolen, then I left one item in a locked hotel room for a day and it disappears. Absolutely dodgy and unhelpful management.

Perfect room in perfect location and continuous kindness.

Magnificent treatment from the staff, including the cafeteria. A perfectly located hostel with beautiful, clean, very spacious and complete rooms. The price is much more than reasonable. No problem with underground parking (paid) nearby. We plan to return without a doubt. Full recommendation.

bravi, posto ampio e ben tenuto, pulito, ordinato, spesa/resa accettabile, bagno enorme, letti comodi, logistica eccellente, direi che consigliamo la visita alla struttura, anche la recezione è stata ben fatta
