How to scare away customers
Yesterday I went to ask if it was possible to eat on the terrace, as we have done for many years, but the new manager responded to us in a way that was absolutely out of line and disrespectful!!!! A shame!!! I will return when there is another manager who at least treats customers with politeness!!!

The apartment was very small. Additionally, it lacked cleanliness. The kitchenware is quite scarce. The surroundings are beautiful.

LOUSY accommodation
4 star hotel when they opened it, today I would not put any. The bottom (dining-kitchen) very small. Very narrow stairs with possibility of falls. The terrace without any privacy. The tiny fridge. No washing machine. No toaster. No coffee maker. The sofa bed DIRTY and broken and impossible to convert into a bed because there is NO room to open it. Cleaning rooms NON-EXISTENT. A terrible experience. And the sole manager of the whole complex, reception, maintenance, bar... a rude and unpresentable.

The bad smell of the pipes was very unpleasant.radable
The place is a little sloppy. Cleanliness was not bad but there is a terrible smell of pipes or drain. We're in apartment 22. When we arrived we thought it was the fridge and told the girls who cleaned it. But every morning when we got up or every afternoon when we returned from the excursions the smell was very unpleasant. We told the girls who cleaned it again and when they returned they put a plug air freshener. The lower part is somewhat small and the terrace very unprivate.
The setting is very nice and the cleanliness was fine. There were also many bulbs that did not work and has no washing machine or laundry.
Nor did I have a toaster or a knife to cut a fruit or peel them only had basic knives. They are details but it is true that on the web puts perfectly equipped apartments and are not so equipped. However, it has a dishwasher. Which to me is less important than a washing machine.

He doesn't deserve the 4 stars
The hotel has 4 stars, which in its day was supposed to be, but now leaves much to be desired. You come to the hotel and there's a sign saying if there's no one at reception, you have to call a cell phone. We really have to call. The person who opens us apologizes and that we should be the only ones that have happened to them, but then, talking to other customers, they tell us that they have also had to call.
Then there is the room with jacuzzi. The room is fine but lacks maintenance: some jet of the Jacuzzi does not go, there is lime in the shower, the lamp of the light of the toilet must have broken someday and now the light consists with only the bulb...
On the other hand, if you want to go out into the garden, you have to leave the door to the room open. It is no longer that you can get someone in, but that you can sneak some bug, which is in the middle of nature.
Plus we couldn't go to the playroom because it was flooded, we were told. This room was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel, because by the web ser looked very good.
And finally there is the treatment of the only person we saw out there as a hotel receptionist-manager: unacceptable treatment of customers. He was very angry because we moved a table from the bar, next to the table in friends' room (he was angry the next day because that day the bar was closed and we could not ask him). In the afternoon, instead of taking the table, we went to the bar and gathered two tables. We started playing cards waiting for him to go out and order (that day the bar was open). He didn’t come out at any time and in the end, when he did it was to hit a huge brawl because we hadn’t asked. It can't be that the treatment of customers is that.
