Smješten 5 minuta vožnje od madridske zračne luke Barajas, El Cruce nudi besplatan prijevoz od/do zračne luke i kratkoročno parkiranje. U sklopu objekta nalaze se recepcija otvorena 24 sata dnevno, terasa i vrt.

Clean, wonderfull attention, free shuttle
The hotel is very clean, with the staff amazing, the son of the owner is a nice person. Always happy, the service is good, fast check in, wide rooms, the tv is a little small, but for a night between two flights is enough.
They have a FREE shuttle (two way) between the hotel and the Airport. Just must just call them when you are in the BUS-Shutter stop and wait.

Close to Barajas but not recommended
The location is perfect if you want to stay overnight before catching a flight in Barajas.
I called to find out about parking and transfer services to the airport.
The person who answered the phone was super friendly and made the reservation in the same call.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were attended by another colleague who left us without saying hello, not in a moment I attended or anything, about 10 minutes.
We paid for the room and when you asked us about the return flight, we were surprised that you told us that from 24 the Transfer Service has a cost of €15 that we were not informed about when booking.
I asked for the return of the room as we opted for that accommodation for the convenience of being able to leave the car there and save us the taxi back and forth to the airport.
Telling him he wanted the return, he told us to write down that we would arrive after 24 and that it would be no problem.
So we decided to stay there that night and leave the car in the parking lot, which by the way, neither has a door nor barrier and to say by the staff who attended us at reception, I don't think you have much control of the access to it either.
In short, if you park on the street of the hotel, you are just as exposed as if you do it in the parking lot.
The day came back and when we called for the transfer to come, we were told that they could no longer pick us up, either paying €15 or without paying, so we had to take a taxi to the hotel. During the taxi ride they call us again to tell us that they can pick us up, I imagine they would see noted on the client file that they had committed to do so. But it was too late.
The room is correct, the mattresses are old and not very comfortable but it was clean. The air conditioning wasn't working. For the price, just a room to sleep one night.
On the other hand, and this is a personal opinion, in common indoor spaces, there is a lot of clutter, stacked mattresses, tables, chairs... and the most unpleasant thing is having to be seeing big game trophies exposed.
I understand that the owners are hunters but I don’t think that in a public place that is dedicated to housing all kinds of people, you should exhibit such aberration.
In short, I do not recommend the hotel because it does not deliver as promised and because the staff is either not organized or not very professional.

Comfortable for scales.
Location- Airport: Excellent.
Quality -Price: Good.
Rooms: Clean and spacious. Not soundproof.
Transfer with payment to the airport. Excellent.
The worst: the hunting of animals stands out. Terrible.
I recommend it for fast, day trips. No more.

Disaster !
Near the airport, it's scary to see stuffed animals hanging like trophies on the walls of the dining room. The bed was for one person and they gave us a big bed for a couple and a little girl, we had to sleep in an armchair, they charge for breakfast and it is poor. The only good thing about it is the transfer to and from the airport, but that's as far as we wanted to leave our suitcases to go for a walk in Madrid and they forced us to go to the airport and leave our suitcases in a storage room that cost 15 euros per suitcase. He made us waste the day at the airport. The owner's treatment is terrible!!! I do not recommend this hostel at all

Terrible terrible treatment
The terrible treatment, arriving at 11:15 pm and without being able to change anything, they tell us that they will return the money to us.
Money and that we arrive on the trip tired and at that time. Honestly, the two people who treated us, in addition to filing a complaint for consumption, filed a complaint in booking so they could be given a course in customer service…
