It's okay but it needs improvement
This is the third time I've returned, but the last two times with my little one! The hotel in general is very good, the room is very good, the cleanliness is good, and the restaurant and the food are also quite varied. If I had to complain about one thing, it's the entertainment!! I think it's a bit selfish that the children's entertainment is for older kids; they could include entertainment for all ages. My little one is two years old, and even if there's a sign that says it's for ages 4 and up, they accept all children as long as they go with their parents.... That's a lie!! They focus only on the older ones, and when the hotel mascot enters the dining room to see the children, it ignores the little ones! I felt so foolish when my son wanted to see it and it didn't even come over to see him, it went to another table of adults, of course, like everything else! The evening entertainment is very repetitive, and I don't see the point of bringing in a magician in the afternoon since it always coincides with people being at the pool and the beach. And the lifeguard, I haven't seen a more indifferent guy; kids were climbing on the water jets and the fences to jump in, and he wasn't capable of calling them out. Everything else was fine.

Very good but it needs to improve on the meals
Excellent hotel full of many details, especially in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, however the lunches and dinners were very mediocre, an infinity of dishes poorly cooked or with a mixture of leftovers from previous days, it is a shame that this detracts from this excellent hotel. Another issue that is difficult to solve is the poor soundproofing between rooms, you can hear everything.

Everything is very good.
The hotel staff is very good; the meals are acceptable, the panoramic room is a marvel, the only thing I miss is an app or link to see what you are spending on room charges, like they have in other hotels. The app they have only works for check-in.
