Good coffee, good breakfast. Comfortable bed in a large room. Wi-Fi works without any issues. Good accommodation for one or more days. Clean room and bathroom. There was no air conditioning, but it isn't needed in the Asturian climate. Parking at the hotel lot is hassle-free.

A sauna in summer

Rustic hotel with no air conditioning or ventilation in the rooms. If at least it had had a refrigerator, it would have been a little better. It also does not have a simple pool for the summer. We spent 4 nights as if we were in a sauna. The curious thing is that the hotel cabins had air conditioning and I think they also had a refrigerator. Breakfast quality-price ratio quite good

Dated furniture and decor.

Friendly staff throughout. Very clean, and well maintained. Rooms are very small. Furniture from the 60s. Breakfast was very basic. No ice, very cold room, too quiet , room temperature 16°c 61f heater not on until 18:30 hrs. Bar has not hours. Refrigerator in room doesn’t works. Only one photograph of the facility is properly the other two are beaches areas at least 400 meter from the hotel. Bathroom “smells”

Well located hotel to visit Oviedo and Gijon

We have stayed at this hotel from August 3 to 5, the hotel very well located to visit Oviedo and Gijón and by the sea with a very pleasant walk to the village of Candás, has free parking on the premises. The very old room lacks a renovation. We have been very hot being on the top floor and because of the situation and the high temperature, we had no conditioning or fan. To be well you had to be outside the hotel to be cool. Cleanliness mut well

Even though the hotel is not in Gijon city center, you can catch the train to Gijon that runs every 30 minutes if you don't have a car. The train station is right outside the backdoor of the hotel. Also there is a beautiful park and camping ground near the station.
The room is pretty big and the bed is quite comfortable . Surprisingly, the breakfast has many items including bread, cake, cold cut, cheese, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. The dinner is also quite good and at very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Gijon area.
