Wonderful staff and cleanliness

Apartment exquisitely clean and very friendly and pleasant staff.
We've been very comfortable.
We requested to stay on the top floor and it was no problem. They even left us a stuffed animal for the girl in bed. All details and good shapes.
Bus at the door and all kinds of services around. Not to do with the apartment, but I think it is good to indicate, it is an area in which it is not easy to park.
It has been a luxury to discover these fully recommended apartments.
The only “but”, the shower curtain; the water came out very easily.
We would certainly repeat

Solo traveller - Visitors not allowed

Ok but I wouldn’t recommend to solo travellers as visitors are not allowed.
Welcome pack on arrival with wine, olives, water, crisps and chocolate.
Friendly staff, very reasonably priced and comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you require. Although plates and glasses were ridiculously small. No kettle but a coffee maker which didn’t heat water very well, so I had to warm up after in the microwave.
Air conditioning, but they don’t give you the a remote control, so no control over the temperature!!! Beach towels available for 1 euro.
Communal washing machines available for 4 euros, but clothes drier on balcony very small, so you would need to use those in the garden - therefore I didn’t use as clothes could have been stolen. Safe 1.5 euros per day.
Visitors are not allowed in the apartment which was disappointing as a solo traveller visiting friends. Friend made to wait in the rain whilst I got ready!
Rooms are a little tired, but clean. The door to the apartment had been replaced not even painted and although it closed, it was loose and could have been kicked open. Chrome on taps had gone and down to the brass, but there was always hot water and the shower was powerful.

Perfect location

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you would expect from a holiday apartment to support yourself. The location was very central Supermarkets Bars, restaurants and bus stop were within walking distance. Outside the door was an inexpensive car rental.

Brilliant

Somebody previously said in a review that this was the best apartment complex in Playa and I certainly liked it. In fact I extended my stay here and you can’t say better than that.
It’s a very short walk to the seafront and if you are not up to tackling the nearby steps to the beach there is also a ramp nearby down the slope and, a bit further away, a free elevator.
The apartments are spacious, and each has its own balcony. A purist might say they are slightly dated but I was very happy. Full cooking facilities except for an oven but otherwise I had everything I needed to cook.
The ladies on reception are wonderful.
For the price/quality ratio you will certainly not find a better place in Playa.

A week in an apartment hotel

This apartment hotel had a good location, shops and restaurants were conveniently nearby. The apartment was quite basic, but considering the price/location, a compact package. We got a room on the fifth floor, from which we also got a side sea view. The hotel's swimming pool was not visited.
