Leo Punta Umbria nudi dobro opremljene apartmane, 5 minuta hoda od plaže Punta Umbria. Nudi vanjske bazene za odrasle i djecu s ležaljkama i suncobranima. Apartmani su svijetli i moderni, s klima-uređajem i terasom.

Our stay for almost 12 years.
Beautiful, comfortable, and functional apartment with the basics and necessities to fully enjoy the vacation. Everything is close, restaurants and cafés.
The staff is very friendly.
This year I tried the pool in the mornings; since my son was a baby, we only went to the beach, and I loved it. The monitors, María and Alejandro, were very nice and made me have a lot of fun doing sports.
Of course we will return; everything is great, and people from all over are very pleasant.
We checked out later and paid because it is always worth spending more time. Thank you!

Parking is very expensive for what they charge; on the main street, you have enough to pay for 4 days on the parallel street.

Disappointment
Our experience at the Leo 2 Apartments in Punta Umbría has been quite disappointing, especially considering that we paid approximately 750 euros for three nights.
What worried us most was the lack of cleanliness. In the kitchen there were stains and dried drops of coffee or tomato on the cabinets, dust in different areas and, when moving a small table to place the child's night light, we found hair, lint, and accumulated dirt. There was also dog hair in the apartment. We have absolutely nothing against pets being allowed, since we are animal lovers, but that does not justify the accommodation not being cleaned correctly between guests.
The maintenance of the apartment also left quite a bit to be desired. The shower screen was missing part of the rubber seal, so water would leak out and get the bathroom wet. The hand towel rack was practically loose, some floor tiles were loose, and several of the towels they gave us were torn. In addition, one of the sofa bed pillows had stains that looked like blood. The sofa bed was not comfortable for resting either.
Regarding basic supplies, we only found one roll of toilet paper and they did not leave us any spare trash bags. I had to go to the front desk personally to ask for them and they gave me two. There was also no replenishment of towels, toilet paper, sheets, or other products during our stay, or at least no one informed us that such a service existed. We did not see any housekeeping staff or cleaning carts during the days we were there.
Since the apartment has a kitchen and we ate lunch and dinner there several times, I asked at the front desk for another small kit with dish soap, a scouring pad, and a sponge, but they told me they could not give me another one. It seems unreasonable to me, especially for stays of several days in an aparthotel.
I also asked about the television, since it was a Smart TV but did not allow connecting any applications or using the Internet. At the front desk, they simply told me it was blocked and that they did not know the reason. The service was polite in its manner, but quite cold and with an attitude that conveyed something like "it is what it is," without trying to offer any solution.
Perhaps our comparison is because we have previously stayed in other aparthotels, such as Dunas de Doñana, where there was daily service, visible cleaning staff, and the possibility of requesting towels, toilet paper, bags, sheets, and other basic products. Here the feeling was completely different.
In summary, the apartment needs a much deeper cleaning, better maintenance, and more attentive service from the front desk. For the price we paid, we expected much better-maintained facilities and more complete service. We would not return.

One week q.b
Space well located. Apartment with good conditions is easily accessible. Parking is not easy to understand due to the parking meters but when questioned at the hotel reception, we realized that it is only paid from Friday to Sunday.
We were without hot water on the penultimate day only in the bathtub, there was some lack of maintenance in the toilet area, but nothing serious. What most bothered us was having the ability of a smart tv, and free internet (wi-fi) however the same do not connect to the tv, that is to see any app on the smart tv we had to use mobile data as a hotspot. Only Spanish channels, without the possibility of changing the frequency or language of movie channels, which had the same in Spanish.
Access to the Leo Deluxe spa facility for an extra charge on site. Pool area well taken care, however in the middle of the afternoon huge wind, due to lack of coverage in the same area which made it unpleasant
