Tribute to an ancestor!! HERNANDEZ.

Hi! We have been staying in Retortillo spa hotel for a few days and before leaving we want to leave our opinion.
Both in reception , thermal circuit, restaurant staff and cleaning service ,room ,maintenance un DIEZ... THANK YOU because at all times you have been super professional ,charming, helpful and very attentive.
Even to help me with personal information since my ancestor was born 5km away in Retortillo. Thank you.
We will return if God wants!! To family, friends, neighbors in Madrid, Badajoz Zamora etc.. we recommend you to come and disconnect and enjoy its hot springs, its workers and its nature, gastronomy.
This land and these peoples are a blessing.

GREAT AND QUIET RESORT

The spa as such is fabulous, the girls who give the massages are very professional, I gave myself a 25' massage and it left me wonder and that I have coldmyalgia.
The hotel fails the furniture in the rooms, but they are large, the bed a little hard but comfortable mattress and the pillow comfortable.
I was in a room with terrace facing the river with beautiful and very quiet views.

It's okay but it must improve some things

The setting is nice, somewhat ancient but the gardens and the river, are very good to walk.
In our room 314 everything fine except mattresses that need a change now.
The restaurant well, the food well, the waiters a little dry because they are overwhelmed by the number of people.
Breakfast can improve, it is rare that by now they do not have crushed tomato (having already done so, like jams).
The thermal pool is very small in size for so many people per session.and having reserved it. Being very uncomfortable because you spend your time without having been able to use some devices, having gone precisely to enjoy the thermal zone.
At reception I was advised to pay the total on the first day of stay to avoid "queues" on the day of departure. And today, departure day I'm told to wait because there are so many people queuing at the reception.
Therefore, almost everything in the Spa can be improved
In short, that's why I give you nothing but a regular.

Spa weekend

The premium room I think would not only have to be for the size. The furniture is old, they try to give a new air and paint it white but have not improved it, the TV is small and has poor connection. There is no dryer in the bathroom that has the utensils remodeled. The spa facilities are good, a swimming pool is missed. Good gym and the restaurant offers quite a few dishes on the menu.
