Mid-range hotel that meets the needs.

Simple hotel that meets what you need to make a stop along the way. It is 5 or 10 minutes from the center and can be parked around for free. Sometimes not having much to say about a hotel is the best thing to say.

The room was clean and had basic amenities you would expect. Air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately my stay was spoiled by a member of hotel staff (a man claiming he was working on reception) entering my room at midnight with a female ‘associate’... As a single traveller this made me feel completely unsafe. Would not recommend on this basis.

Enjoyable stay

Pleasant stay for the AEJEST assembly
I stayed in Reus on the occasion of the AEJEST assembly and the experience was overall very positive. The hotel turned out to be welcoming, with a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and varied, ideal for a good start to the day. The rooms, although with furniture a bit dated, were clean and functional. An interesting stay in a friendly city.

⚠️ Catastrophic experience – Hotel to escape absolutely!
I stayed at Hotel Reus Park on July 19, 2025 and was the victim of a clear scam.
The hotel charged me €300 for a room that is advertised at €90 on Booking.com. On the invoice, they wrote 240€, without any explanation. It's an outright flight.
In addition, the room was:
Without air conditioning (in the heatwave),
Dirty, with dust and smells,
Damaged and dilapidated furniture,
And no breakfast included, when it was indicated.
I’ve traveled often, but never experienced such a scam. This kind of establishment does not deserve to welcome guests.
❌ To be absolutely avoided!

Bad attention and disrespect to clients

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing because of unacceptable treatment by a dining room worker during breakfast. When he asked us for the room number, we replied in Catalan, the language we speak and which is also typical of the territory. His reaction was totally misplaced: he demanded that *"by education speak to me in my language as you speak two languages and I only speak one"*.1
First and foremost, if you work with the public in an area where Catalan is in the majority, the least you would expect is that you understand it, even if you do not speak it fluently. Secondly, at no time did we refuse to communicate in Spanish, but his attitude was immediately aggressive and he branded us “ill-mannered” for no reason. This is not acceptable in an establishment that presumes customer service.
We communicate the incident at reception, as we believe this behavior gives a deplorable image of the hotel. We hope that steps will be taken to prevent such situations from recurring. As guests, we feel disrespectful and will not recommend this hotel if there is no apology or change of attitude on the part of the team.
