Great room and view. If you want a toilet with a door then don’t pick room 9! Breakfast was ok but it a little old fashioned. Would have loved fresh croissants and granola. If they had served the yogurt in a bowl rather than the plastic containers it would have been better. My husband loved the scrambled egg and coffee .

This is one of the best places to sty. Get the Jr suite. The balcony is great especially evenings. The staff went out of their way to be so helpful in parking etc. The hotel is a spectacular way to see Ronda conveniently located.

We stayed in the only junior suite of the establishment, with an indicative price of 250 euros per night without breakfast, during the mid-season.
Inadequate furnishings for a 4-star hotel, both in the room and in the outdoor area. The balcony had two iron chairs and only one plastic table, despite a large area that could have been easily utilized. Total lack of a desk with a chair or a small sofa, thus no possibility of support for any kind of activity. Lack of towel racks in the bathroom, so we did not know where to place the linen. The sink was extremely uncomfortable to use due to the presence, possibly structural in nature, of a step directly beneath it. The lighting in the room was insufficient during the evening hours.
Dirty room, with cobwebs and a sticky hairdryer because it had never been cleaned.
Bed with broken legs; due to its danger, we reported it upon arrival: the owner then told us she had repaired it, which was not true. We had to repeat it, raising our voices to have it replaced, and the bed they gave us was smaller than the original double bed. In all this, of course, the owner mocked us.
The power went out, leaving all guests without water and light for an entire morning: the electric shutters were therefore stuck, preventing their opening and the entry of light. The establishment turned out to be without a generator or possible solutions in case of emergencies like the one reported.
At the time of check-out, the owner did not even show up.
Given the significant inconveniences that occurred, greater attention to the customer and consideration of some discount or promotion was essential.

Visit Ronda and Stay at the Casa Palacio VIllaZambra!

After a rather late check-in, I was so happy to meet Lidia, who guided me through the hotel and the usual odds and ends, but with warmth and a kind demeanor. I thought I was getting something standard, but was blown away by the room itself -- a jacuzzi, and a small balcony with a great view of the bridge area and its arresting geology plus a Roman aqueduct. I appreciated her directions to a nearby restaurant with really delicious tapas, El Amacen. I blissed out in the tub, and watched Netflix because I was too tired to do anything else! I discovered a coffee and tea service this morning inside a cabinet just when I wanted a cup. Perfect spot to land after a long, train plus bus travel day.

Great small boutique hotel in an excellent location. Better to park on the outskirts of town and walk to it, although they do have offsite parking. Excellent breakfast at reasonable prices. The location is truly outstanding, with views of the bridge. The breakfast room has a porch with great view.
