Can you give more than 6 stars?
Well let's get started - we specifically chose this hotel because we wanted something central, it's true that the pictures in front of the Bull Square is to leave "water in the mouth" and then the reviews helped.
We parked in a park near the hotel.
We were very well received, in a friendly and professional way - and we are told that we had an upgrade to the room - and that is an excellent room.
And ready... from here everything that could run less well minimized or zeroed (and there was almost nothing to point out wrong).
There we went to the room without great expectations...when we entered nor wanted to believe!!
We received an EXCELLENT Suite and we only have to thank you for the experience and friendly offer.
The suite was huge, beautiful and overlooking the square and with balcony that in the evening gave for photo session.
The Rooftop with the Pool makes judgment to the photos that are advertised. The space is very good with a beautiful view over the square and over the landscape of Ronda with beautiful mountains around.
Breakfast is excellent and the indoor or outdoor space to eat is very good.
The whole staff was impeccable.
Cleaning of spaces are TOP
In short it was a unique and excellent stay and that we will remember forever.
I only repair the jacuzzi was not 100% functional.

Lovely hotel, spotless clean, amazing staff, nice little rooftop pool everything well thought out. Amazing views and the smell in lobby was wonderful, I suffer from migraine and can tolerate many air fresheners however this was amazing can someone please tell me what this is I would be forever grateful.

A decent hotel with some drawbacks
There is a lot to like about this hotel but also a few things that would make me unlikely to return. On the plus side is the location which is very close to the new bridge and the bull ring and ideal for exploring Ronda on foot. The swimming pool is an appealing feature in the heat with stunning views over the bull ring and across the entire landscape. There are sun loungers and the roof terrace is nicely designed with efficient waiter service. The parking service was superb and the staff member who enthusiastically greeted us as we stepped out of our car, made a fantastic first impression. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for three of us.
But, the check in process was slow, made worse by each of us, including our 16 year old, having to fill in forms on a screen giving a lot of personal information (duplicated) including email address and so many compulsory address fields that we had to repeat our address to be able to continue. We immediately received marketing information that we were unable to decline which I assume is the purpose of the exercise. This explains the long queues for check in. Whilst we were able to leave our luggage until check in (involving another queue at the reception desk at 3pm), we were guided to the fourth floor to the toilet facilities which were three unisex toilets (one with a broken lock) and a broken hand drier. This meant another queue after a long drive and the already long wait in reception! The fourth floor houses the restaurant and bar so I imagine this process is designed to encourage guests to pay for food and drink while waiting. It left a sour taste before we’d even made it into our room.
The bathroom is another negative although this will depend entirely on your preferences. The “door” to the bathroom is a translucent glass panel with a gap all the way around. With the light on, it is very easy to see into the bathroom and afforded little privacy. This wasn’t ideal with a teenage daughter and was impossible to avoid late at night and early in the morning. For some, I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue.
The second negative to the room is the coffee machine in the cupboard. There is no light in the cupboard and no overhead light in the room, so we had to use our phone torch to make coffee! It was a very odd design, especially given the amount of space given over to an enormous tv on a stand. Neither of these are massive issues but they’d be enough to deter me from recommending the hotel unreservedly.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Ronda. Excellent base from which to travel and visit southern Spain.We stayed for 8 nights. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel in great condition with modern rooms. Very clean.
