Modest but very good.

Central hotel, with everything close, modest and very clean. Super helpful and attentive staff.
It is regrettable that in the room there is air conditioning only to decorate, as it has command but work nothing. There is even a wall heater in the bedroom and toilet, but they serve the same way, for nothing.

experience we will not repeat!!!

Only positive points:
- Pension in the centre of Ronda
- very pleasant and conscientious staff
- Inn clean
Cons:
- -room in no way soundproof, we heard the conversations of the neighbors!! (as if they were in our room)
- our room was located on a tiny courtyard (fortunately maybe because we did not have the street noise!!) skylight style 2m x 3 so impossible to leave the curtains and windows open because we were 2m from the room opposite. impossible to spend a few hours resting in such a black atmosphere.
-as for the bedding!!!! mattress: ok. On the other hand, a plastic aisle covered the mattress but the dimensions of this aisle were not adapted to the mattress, it was not "bordered" so as soon as we were lying down, huge folds formed. Sheets from below and above.... idem, they did not protrude from the mattress!! so did not fit!!!!
- on the other hand, it is noted in presentation that there is a parking but it should be known that it is a public parking and therefore.... paid!!!
-and finally, they do not offer breakfast!!
Finally we cut short our stay in this Pension which we do not recommend!!! except for possibly one night!!

Lack of professionalism

We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 p.m. and our room was not ready. Although we had booked and paid for a quadruple room (there was no other availability), there were only two of us. They offer us a triple room which was already there. We accept it and request that the rate be adjusted. They refuse and tell us that we will only have to wait 15 minutes for them to prepare our room. We told them that it didn't seem right to us but, despite this, we waited at the reception discussing among ourselves what seemed to us to be very poor management of the situation. From then on we can no longer comment on the hotel facilities since, after having the room key in our hands, they decided that they did not want us as clients and, citing the right of admission, they denied us entry to the hotel. room. What we can comment on is the treatment received and, of course, if we had to give it a score, it would be zero.

Don’t book this expecting to sleep!

This is a budget hotel but the attraction for us was its central location - ideally placed for all the bars, restaurants and shops and a short stroll to the historic old town.
Our room was facing the street below and I think the acoustics must be amazing with sound bouncing off the buildings from side to side. Lots of noise from people in bars which went on until the early hours, then a machine went by at about 3 a.m (probably a street cleaner) which almost rattled the window. The sounds were so amplified I reckon if I’d have stood on our balcony and sung Nessun Dorma I’d have given Pavarotti a run for his money!
The room was clean, if dated. Bed comfortable; bathroom dated with a poor shower.
As often happens, very few plug points so I ended up unplugging the TV and had to dry my hair without use of a mirror.
Parking just a short walk away.

What an amazing hotel simply lovely clean great welcoming and location is superb! The real feel of the region absolutely loved by me and the Town of Ronda should be proud of such a nice hotel thank you all ! The value for the Euro is amazing ! Amazing
