Large Complex

The tourist season, despite the good weather at this time, had ended so it was all a little isolated and with few people. If you wanted something you had to go to the village where the Mood was very lively. At the complex, the open pool was already under maintenance so you didn't have the opportunity to take a bath.

Collect the trash and throw it away???

Entry at 16: 00 h and departure at 10:00 h, or even 24 hours. You have to leave bail and collect your trash!!! In my life it had happened to me, as well as very normal. And take the control of the small TV to reception when you leave, I certainly won't come back!!!!

Unfortunate

The only positives: The front desk staff is very friendly.
Negative: Apartments very old and located in the compound of a hotel that was closed and therefore did not have access to any services (swimming pool, restaurant, bar, etc), The tablecloth was paper and with food scraps, the curtains dirty and burnt, bathroom without hangers or towel rails, the elevators were broken . . .

Nice apartment in Laa Marinas Roquetas de Mar

The apartment was clean and spacious. The bathroom had been renovated. The kitchen was small but functional. We would have like a kettle for boiling water to make tea. There was only a coffee machine. TV was only Spanish channels so we didn’t bother paying the 25 euro deposit to use a remote control. Also 25 euros to use the room safe is something we are not used to. The bed was comfortable. An unusual pillow arrangement for us was just one long pillow bolster for the double bed. Seems a strange setup as we both like different styles of pillows. We ended up using the two pillows from the second room instead of Sharing the one pillow. The rooms have zero sound proofing between them, so it was very noisy from all sides with moving furniture, loud voices - you could even hear plugs being put into sockets. The ac was welcome. The washing machine was a useful amenity in the apartment. Our apartment looked over the pool. We didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. It was a short distance to walk to the beach, the Spar supermarket, restaurants and the bustop for trips to Almería or Roquetas.
