Cancellation policy

I made the reservation and even though there were only 5 days left to start, and due to my mistake regarding the cancellation policy which is 10 days, both the manager and the receptionist attended to me very, very kindly and with empathy, which few people and hotels from those large chains would have done for a refund. Truly, just for the family-like treatment that is palpable, I am sure that one day I will go back, thank you from the heart

Little gem, boutique style hotel

I’ve walked past this little hotel many times but never stayed there until now . Simple and elegant in design . Comfortable rooms . Friendly and helpful staff . Gorgeous breakfast room with buffet style items but also freshly made eggs cooked to order .
Access to Hostal Rom next door for a bar and restaurant for evening meals if you wish .
Very close to the beach and the centre of Roses while being situated on a quiet street just minutes away .
The balcony is very small but 2 people can sit there . Only one minor point is that the balcony chairs had peeling paint which made them uncomfortable to sit on .

Beautiful stay.

This is the fourth time we stayed at this hotel in August with my wife. We're still thrilled with that. It is impossible to find a better Price quality ratio in Roses for half board... and especially close to the beach and shops, while being in a quiet area. The bedding is impeccable, the air conditioning is very precise and it is particularly quiet. The small fridge in the room is very convenient. The soundproofing is perfect, you absolutely cannot hear the street noises. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is perfect and varied. Dinner, self Service, improves each year with varied dishes, original and always very well cooked. A dessert buffet would be a plus, but the boss told us she was thinking about it for the future... and always wine (red, white and rosé) at will as well as filtered water.

Simple but wonderful hotel!!

Wonderful hotel!!
Family Mood, small, quiet, a few meters from the sea, between streets of the village..
Silence and relaxation.
All super friendly and attentive employees.
The breakfast great, they take you, rating what you want(drinks) and they serve you.. Freshly brewed coffee.. A joy!!
Simple and varied food.
Exquisite cleaning (work in the guild).. Comfortable bed
It has been a wonderful stay.
I would repeat without hesitation.

Excellent value for money

The location of the hotel is ideal to do everything on foot. Very clean, the staff is very nice. The breakfast is good and hearty.
Perfect for a good stay.
