Pleasant stop during the "Way"

Essential structure but very clean. Affordable price. Strategic location situated in the last stretch of the Camino de Santiago.

NOT RECOMMENDED

The person who attended us was absolutely nasty and rude.
At seven o'clock in the afternoon we were struck by going three times to the room opposite our teenage children.
When we wanted to comment that the bathroom door of one of the rooms did not close, we did not find anyone or pick up the phone.
The emergency light, very bright, prevents rest.
The outside door stays open all night, so anyone can come in.
The vending machine at the entrance did not cool, so the products looked in bad shape.
Of course, we will NOT return to this site.

Unpleasant treatment

Clean and spacious room.
We arrived after a cold and rainy day and there was NO heating on. We put the radiator in and it didn't work, switched it to another plug and the power went out (and to more rooms). When we called the lady she told us in bad ways, it was our fault for plugging in where we shouldn't when there was no indication about it. He told us he'd come and fix it when it went well, at night... considering how cold it was. They weren't really ways because we were frozen and wanted to dry clothes in the heating.
Unpleasant deal with the pilgrim. I don't recommend it in these cases at least.

I wouldn't go back, because of the receptionist

The room is just right, the pillows are very low, there is no hair dryer, you have to ask for it (if there is anyone) and there is one for everyone.
The receptionist, cleaner, (I think the poor thing did everything), rude, not at all empathetic with the pilgrims.
You have to go up the first floor with two flights of stairs that are not very comfortable.

AWFUL

Very rude people! Drop off pilgrims. Breakfast was paid for at Dorotea pension but was counted double in cafeteria Concha.Very rude answers. Laughing in our faces. They let my elderly mother drag her luggage up the stairs herself while she stood and watched. Definitely to be avoided!
