Traditional hotel with a small heritage charm
Family hotel, pleasant comfort, very well maintained, excellent breakfasts, attentive advice, very convenient parking , garden

Immoral
They deceived me by taking me to a building 60 meters away above a 24-hour gas station. My family did not sleep, including a 4-year-old child. They ruined my visit to Salinas. They did not acknowledge the damage with flimsy excuses without taking responsibility. Unscrupulous and immoral.

It leaves much to be desired regarding the responsible person.
I believe this hotel does not deserve a 3-star rating... from the outside, it looks impressive in the photos... but the rooms, well... they have either a fan or air conditioning. The bathroom is small, with a bathtub, and the sink is a marble countertop with a metal sink... however, the bathroom ceiling is very beautiful.
The girl who attends to breakfast is super friendly and attentive, which is appreciated because the one who attends to you upon arrival... turns out to be quite cold and distant... not pleasant at all, to be honest... I read some comments and I don't know if we are talking about the same accommodation...
But I must say that there was a little issue with our son, and they did not charge us for breakfast.
A 24-hour hotel... where they do not let you in until 3:00 PM (they make it very clear) nor do they allow you to leave your luggage, ring the bell upon arrival, and they open (as the receptionist says) the one who cleans or prepares breakfast... sigh...
I expected something different... I think I would not return just because of the lack of friendliness from the receptionist.
I have never been in a hotel where, while I was having breakfast (and without finishing the schedule, even though there are 5-10 minutes left), they are cleaning or sweeping... fruit from one day to the next... if you arrive on the third day after it has been cut and stored... it does not taste very good anymore...
I believe those details need to be taken care of.
The worst part is that I think these comments will not change anything; she seems quite despotic.

HOTEL CORRECT AND VERY CLEAN
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Free parking is a plus. it is close to the beach. We had two rooms facing the garden and there was no noise. The ones on the front are stuck to the road. The double beds have only one pillow but luckily there were two single cushions that we slept with and were quite comfortable. I asked if I could change the pillow, but they told me they only had those pillows. Breakfast is great and the girl who serves it is very friendly and effective. As the only glue I would highlight the extreme hardness of the mattress. I like firm mattresses but this one was extremely hard. The next day I had a major backache. Just by putting a topper or mattress over the mattress, comfort would be much improved. Otherwise everything perfect

Not great
First, caveat, as I may have got an old room so maybe other rooms are better (and there are lots of positive reviews), but it was not a good experience. The mattress was so uncomfortable and thin and the wifi was virtually unusable. On a positive note the room and bathroom were clean, but the smell of cleaning products was so strong we had to keep the window open all night. Very poorly soundproofed so every footstep and voice of other visitors was loud. I was seriously tempted to pay for the night and go somewhere else as it was so grim. Parking outside the hotel was good and the staff were very nice, but definitely not a comfortable hotel.
