We only stayed for 1 night on a 30hour trip to Ibiza , wouldn’t recommend for more than 1 night , pool area great , staff great, rooms in need of renovation but you can see they are renovating the hotel.

UNCLEAN, RUDE, NO HEALTH AND SAFETY.

This hotel is DISGUSTING, the staff are RUDE and there is NO HEALTH AND SAFETY!!! I am currently staying here and notified the staff that my room is full of mould which I cannot stay in due to being severely asthmatic, they didn’t care and told me it was tough as they had no rooms left!! My room has ants and insects on my floor and my legs have bites on them from sleeping overnight. My balcony had cigarette ends on when I arrived and the bathroom mirror is cracked along with bathroom tiles missing. The bathroom shower head is also mouldy and I feel dirtier than before I got in the shower. I am aware this can cause legionnaires' disease due to contaminated water droplets. I am now expected to stay 4 more days in this hotel. I have not even had any staff members offer to come and clean my room!! I am very upset and this has ruined my holiday.

I do not recommend

No air the blankets of the bed
Broke, very hot in the room, smelled of tobacco, no fridge, nothing TV...
The location is also not the best but good
We regret being here so much
