This was our first time staying in Hostal Horizontal and to our suprise (we didnt excpect allot) it was a very descent and clean hotel, de room was clean, the beds were oke nothing special, the housekeeping made sure everday that the beds were made and the towels refreshed. It wasnt noisy.
We didnt have breakfast or diner so thats the only thing we can't review.
But if you are searching for a place to stay while partying make sure you book at Hostal Horizontal

Aggression for the concierge and the hotel does not take care of guests

Polite and aggressive janitor.4 days we were and last had to call the police for his verbal assault, he did not want to give us the claim sheets and the police forced him to say that we had taken things to defend his aggressiveness which the police clearly saw that he was aggressive and recommended us to file a complaint personally, sending him to shut up for the unpleasant way he spoke.The hotel says that he checked the cameras, something we insisted that the police do and clearly in the Google review said that it was us.There are many reviews of the treatment of this and thefts of money and personal things and the answers always say that it is a lie, I understand that in his business he does not want to confirm what is happening.cannot allow aggressive treatment and robberies.We were 2 girls and sure that with a man would not have dared. I was barefoot and with a face of gone. I did not look like a person with a stable head. I do not recommend at all and less women and children. The hotel does not look after the guests leaving at night a concierge with those characteristics

Uneducated employee

I find it lousy is for my taste expensive for what is the room. A lot of noise at night very thin walls you hear everything. They have a coffee shop that doesn’t have it open and to top it off I got a guy named Borja who I don’t know how to describe that person apart from being a rude and a haughty man to whom I ask for the claim sheet and he tells me in my face that he will not give it to me. Which you have to know that no establishment can refuse to give the claim sheet and some time later I ask you to give me a copy of the payment of the tpv of a payment and also refuses that you will not give it to me and you do not know and I release you and I tell you that I have been the last to pay and if you do not know I tell you how to do it and when you see that I will not leave without that you decide to give it to me question I will never return to this place apart gentlemen who know it does not let anyone from anyone even visiting go to the room can not enter even the door. I find it embarrassing that if you have the Reservation one month you can not even have some intimacy. Total I do not recommend it at all there are many around the area like Hannibal and galley than those if I recommend them. I'll never go back there

BAD GUY ROBBED ME IN ROOM.

I'M ROBBED OF THE INN. We stayed for 4 nights and one of them disappears 50 euros. A Marcelo supposedly in charge of the place called "Inn" tells me that he gave it to me at parties and that's why I invented the theft, then he hangs up my phone without any education. DON'T GO TO THIS DEN THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME.
