Spacious and cool apartment in a small complex. The kitchen is small but has two cooker rings, a fridge, kettle and microwave. There is an oven in the shared section together with a washing machine, dryer and big freezer. The on-site restaurant is good, set meals only and only open for dinner at the weekend when we were there. Breakfast available every day if pre-booked.
A nice pool that was popular with families.
A 10 min drive into Banyoles for main shops.
Overall, a good value place for a few days stay, or longer.

Wonderful place to get married, escape, adventure...

We celebrated our wedding there and it was spectacular. We are very grateful to L'arcada de Fares for making our day unforgettable.
All of our guests thanked us for taking them to celebrate our wedding in such a beautiful place, surrounded by mountainous landscape.

Highly recommended

I have been to this fabulous hotel twice.
One at a wedding and another to spend a weekend.
The area is beautiful, you have Besalu 10 minutes away.
We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms for the whole family. They also accept pets.
It's worth it.

Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean.
