Rosa, the owner, took great care of me. He offered me dinner and welcomed me very well. Many thanks for everything.
I stopped to rest because I fell asleep on the trip and it was a success. I took a shower and went to sleep and everything was great

Very bad service
After check in and I headed out of the room to take a bath and there was no hot water. The next day at 8:10 am there was no hot water again.
They refused a complaint book to register successful. Food out of validity

Dreadful Hotel

Firstly we thought it was shut. The first room we were offered had a terrible smell of drains. We were offered another room. The restaurant was closed not their fault.
The sheets on the bed were dirty with a big stain down the middle of the top sheet - we slept in our clothes.
The shower was fine but the towels smelled we paid in advance and their was no one around in the morning when we left.

What a good surprise

I was driving from Gerona to Lisbon. When the night felt I was in Santa Olalla (80 km West from Madrid). I looked for something to eat and on the way I saw there was an hotel in the small town. After dinner I went there.
The price they asked for the individual room was really very reasonable. Although it is a two star, I must say that I have been staying in many 3 star which are much worse. If you are driving by the town and you need a place to stay, don’t hesitate and choose Hotel Recio.
