An experience to repeat
We spent a few days at the hotel to see the island. Without a doubt, it is a good place to go with family. Very accessible, with good facilities and easy parking.

Regrettable
Our stay was very unpleasant from the very first moment. The apartment showed a clear lack of cleanliness: we found cockroaches, spiders, cobwebs in various areas, accumulated dust, and food remnants on the terrace floor. Additionally, the microwave was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor inside the apartment.
The kitchen was very poorly equipped; basic utensils were missing, and there were not even kitchen towels available. They only left one trash bag for the entire stay, and the dish soap was practically depleted and diluted with water.
The overall condition of the equipment was poor. The hairdryer was very old and not functional. The towels were so worn that they fell apart when used, constantly shedding lint. We also found torn sheets, which we consider unacceptable in tourist accommodation.
To conclude, although the check-out time was approaching, at 11:05 they were already knocking on the door for us to leave the apartment, which made us feel pressured and disrespected as guests.
We are attaching photographs because we believe that the actual conditions of the accommodation do not match what is expected when booking. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this apartment.

Sadness
We have been there a few years ago and now we have come back and it has been a real sadness to see how everything is abandoned. The pool is no longer heated, there are no cafeterias, no mini golf, no reception. The gardens lost to the matojos. The apartment with lack of cleaning and equipment, the mattresses uncomfortable for old people. I don't understand how they can let this die like this. I do not recommend it, it was not comfortable at all.

Wonderfully views
Had an amazing time here !loved the apartment and the views were amazing . It's abit out from everywhere so we would of loved a car to get around . Only 1 restaurant nearby but the food was really good there . If coming late at night get food from shop . We got bus from airport . I think it was called titsa but ya need to get off early for santa ursula . Don't go to santa cruz. We told them we be late arriving so keys were at the desk with a night porter. The hotel is however locked up I presume for safety reasons so had to wait for another guest to let us in !!!our room was amazing so near the pool and a gift left for us !! We had 1 free pass for indoor spa . Really wish we done it the first day because we would of happily paid every day to go to pool in the spa . We had it all to ourselves and the pool was hot . Outdoor pool is chilly . I did use it but it is chilly. Hotel is really clean . Just wish it did do food . Only did breakfast at weekends.Shop next door is so cheap . So not bad overall

Bad, never a situation like this
We were treated like hell. Dirty apartment (cobwebs, hair, unidentified animal droppings, broken mini-fridge) with anthill in the door jamb. Despite our complaints and photos have not found alternatives itself not an even worse apartment (according to Ms. cleaning had been closed for some time and you could see). For one night we had to stay despite ourselves and I had to clean the areas we had to live. Kitchen not usable we had to get something at the take-away. We had to run away losing the money. To be avoided absolutely.
