Great room, fabulous location, friendly welcome, have stayed here twice. Last time there was a street party outside all night !!! Not Hotels fault but didn't get much sleep. Should've joined in, but had a long way to walk the next day.

Terrible humidity

Room 102, totally unsanitary, has a brutal humidity, it seems incredible that that can be licensed, floor bathroom and all the walls of the room soaked, heating system blocked, even after being up and running all night, the room does not go up 19 degrees, the ridiculous beds of 80 cms go even unnoticed.
Education and treatment of the manager, leaves much to be desired.
We stayed one night and requested cancellation of the reservation, there are countless establishments, do not be fooled by the photos.
We have submitted consumer claims sheet.

A NEW MATTRESS PLEASE - MY LUMBAGO BURST

We were in room 102. The mattresses in that room, 2 single beds, fold, sink, not that they are adaptive to the body or weight of the person, no, it is that they are expired. In third world hospitals or in prison they have better mattresses. We turn low back pain. The rest of the room, fine. Clean, it worked, perfect bathroom.

Mattresses full of bed bugs

We had the misfortune to stay there, and we have been plagued by bed bug bites and straight to the hospital, the cleanliness shines by its absence, we were bitter about the stay and now they do not want to take care of it harm they have caused us, just gentuza and some without shame. I attach pictures of the more than 20 stings we have.

Great location and friendly staff

This is a cafe with rooms in a great central location in the heart of the old city. The staff work incredibly hard but are cheerful and helpful. However, the rooms are very small and, although modern, could benefit from some repairs. There were cracks in the floor, the shower needed repairing and the bedside light needed a new shade. Also there is a strange orange light in the ceiling which glows all night. The WiFi wasn't reliable either.
