Great hotel in perfect location. 100% recommend.
I stayed here with my daughter last year. The hotel is in a great location. Close to bus stop, shops, beach and restaurants. There is a Lidl about 15 mins walk for shopping. The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed - cutlery, crockery etc. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was lovely. The pool was small but perfect. We never had a problem getting a lounger. The pool bar served lovely drinks and food. The gym was basic and some of the equipment didn't work, so we ended up not using it. It was too hot as well as no a/c. But that was a very minor negative. The breakfast was amazing!!! So much choice every day, we couldn't have asked for more. It was the best thing about the hotel in our opinion. The staff were friendly. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely come back to this hotel. I've already recommended it to others in my family.

Spacious rooms but service was disappointing
Unfortunately, this hotel is not within our expectations. Ok, we booked reasonably late and it is indeed a 3 star hotel, but the service really left something to be desired in my view. The apartments are spacious. Everything is well polished (to the extent possible) but this hotel is really in need of renewal. We did find a packet of butter in the fridge. The sockets look old and dirty, the floor feels ’greasy’ and the beds are a shelf with mattress on. The cupboards in the kitchen and room seem to suffer from some humidity. In our apartment it also smelled like the kitchen of an underlying bar / restaurant.
After midnight, it's hard to get in. The doorbell did not work and when you call the contact number, they only speak Spanish. After a long time of banging on the door, someone finally came to answer. This was not an isolated incident because the second night we experienced exactly the same thing so we decided the third night to be back before midnight.
The first morning also the breakfast was disappointing. Everything was as good as empty and there was hardly any cutlery to be found so we went for breakfast somewhere else the second day. The day of departure finally took breakfast in the hotel and that turned out to be a bit better than the first day. More choice and everything seemed sufficiently complemented.
Checking out went smoothly, but there was little interest in our findings. That is why I am writing down my reservations here.
Maybe we have a little too little experience with this type of hotel, but with the price we paid, it seemed to be a better hotel than what we experienced.

Miss sold room, terrible service
We booked and paid for a pool view room. We got a standard room backing onto a busy road that started loading stores up with veg etc... from 5am till 9am none stop. At one point there was 4 lorries there. We told them we had paid for a pool view and they just replied "it's not available ". They really didn't care or make any offer. After walking 50km we needed the sleep. Extremely disappointed.

A little disappointing.
Nice clean hotel. We think the description on the hotel’s and TUI’s website is misleading regarding the sea view. We paid for full sea views (a lot of money) and a large balcony, but got an apartment with views to the street and the building opposite. The sea could be slanted to the right. This is what other hotels will call “partial sea view or inclined sea view”, and you pay less for it. The hotel claimed that we had gotten an apartment with sea views.
Fortunately we got another apartment after a few days. Here there was a nice view of the sea and La Gomera in the background.

Not for anyone over 60
Though the rooms are clean and spacious,if you arrive in the evening no one helps you,you are told where your room is even when the lift does not go to you floor,and you have a large suitcase,when we went back down to reception to say we couldn't find room the staff didn't know where the room was I am 70 and was exhausted. After 2 nights and having to walk over a pitch black roof with concrete planters on to get to our room ,a different member of staff arranged for us to change room,at least that room was on a floor where the !ift went,so I was pleased it was a down grade,the toilet run water all night the tv control didn't work and the fridge didn't have a door shelf for the milk..oh and when I leaned on the bed I banged my head on the wall as the leg had fallen off it was held on with a plastic bag tie, the staff were polite and did what they could to help,but needless to say I will not be going back!!!noise level shocking in the second room.
