Great home base for your trip to Bilbao

We were in Bilbao in May 2026. We traveled from their airport via bus to the hotel. The bush dropped us right in front of the hotel. Such a small thing but I was thrilled after a long trip to be right in front of the hotel. The hotel is just a few blocks from the Guggenheim and all the river activity. Also close to a laundrymat, if you need one.
The staff at the front desk were very nice, personable and ready to help. The room was spacious and I really enjoyed the retro feel of the hallways. Our room had a nice bathroom and window to look out on the street. It is a very laid back atmosphere and we found the hotel very clean. They do supply you with a steamer and hair dryer.
It is a great value for the money and we found it a good home base to enjoy our time in Bilbao.

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel with a good bathroom and huge comfy bed. Room was very quiet despite being on a main road. The lift was out of order, but the reception staff carried our bags up for us. Couldn't fault it. Great location.

A convenient and comfortable hotel.

A comfortable stay at this hotel. Huge bed, good bathroom/shower. Tea/coffee facilities, small fridge, hair dryer and steamer. A good amount of hangers meant I didn't have to double up clothes.
Although there is a lift, it wasn't working when we stayed but the reception staff helped us with luggage.
Plenty of bakery/cafes in the area to get breakfast.
Location was excellent, right beside the bus stop for the airport bus and a few minutes walk from the Guggenheim. Despite being on a busy road there was no traffic noise in the room thanks to good double glazing.
I would stay here again.

Interior rooms have poor ventilation and the halls are quite noisy. Someone in the building was listening to the tv at 4am very loudly and you could hear it.
