A magical place

Located in an authentic Sevillian house with a central patio decorated with exquisite taste.
The entire house is full of antique and ethnic pieces that give it a wonderful and surprising bohemian air.
It has a community room that is beautiful.
The spacious room, very comfortable and quiet.
Also noteworthy is the attention of José Antonio who, with his kindness and sympathy, made us feel at home.

Beautiful old townhouse

The hostal is housed in a very old townhouse and is very quaint and full if corners, niches and courtyards. The owners have decorated it very quaintly with art and antiques. The only surprising feature is the elevator.
The room was cute and had a large window to a backyard. Therefore, it was very quiet at night. Both bathroom and bedroom were sparkling clean.
A hairdryer and a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee were provided.
The host was very welcoming and spoke fluent French.
I absolutely loved staying in this old house with lits of atmosphere.

Very pleasant hostel

Atypical and charming hotel. Excellent value for money. In a quiet but central alley. Great welcome and in French from Antonio. Everything is pretty and well chosen. Of course it is not a standard establishment but we recommend it to people with taste , who prefer beauty to stereotypical comfort.

Unspeakable

The hotel leaves a lot to be desired (and expensive too), the only positive note is its central location, strategic for a tourist. But the negative review is not due to this. The fact is that, once I returned to Italy and received my bank statement, I noticed an inexplicable charge of €20 on my credit card that was not authorized by me. Believing it was a simple mistake on their part, I repeatedly contacted them in various ways (both directly and via the web portal used for booking) to ask the reason for this charge without ever receiving a response. I realize that it is not a large sum (otherwise I would have reported them) but not even bothering to respond is unspeakable behavior for a commercial establishment.
