A Secret Gem

We stayed in the suite which was amazing, comfy large super king, airy and bright. We looked out onto a busy vibrant street but couldn’t hear a sound in our room. We were given a bottle of champagne in our room on arrival. It was hubby’s birthday during our stay they sent us another bottle of champagne and balloons in the room!
We also had an upper terrace with a jacuzzi and sun loungers! The room was a bit more pricey but to us worth every penny! The breakfast was delicious everything thing you wanted was available. On an afternoon the hotel offered a light tea which was a lovely gesture and one we looked forward to chill in the courtyard away from the heat!
Weldone Casa 1800, a lovely treat for all.

Rename it the Hotel Awesome

A perfect stay from start to finish. Hotel Casa 1800 Sevilla is beautiful, full of character and in an unbeatable location just minutes from the Cathedral and Alcázar. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely surprise. What really stood out was the warm, attentive staff who couldn’t do enough to help. A wonderful hotel that made our visit to Seville even more special. Highly recommended!

Very good experience!

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city center, close to many attractions such as tge Seville Catedral and Real Alcazar. The rooms are pretty comfortable and clean. They have a good breakfeast and the staff is very cordial and willing to help.

Excellent Hotel

This hotel was right in thr heart of Seville. Everything we wanted to do was walkable from this location. From the moment you walk inside, the charm takes over. There is a wonderful breakfast available with fresh juices, pastries, meats, cheeses and fruits. We were traveling as a family of 3 and the bed they created for our son was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and I felt like royalty!! Absolutely the most comfortable bed on our trip so far! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning one day!!!

Hotel 1800 Seville - Never again

Bedroom very small (claustrophobic) we had a view to a wall and it smelled of sewage from the bathroom, which was solved with cleaning products, and we were informed that it's normal due to change in weather. Though considering a daily rate of 300 EUR. it would have been nice to know this beforehand or potentially change room, or even a discount. Given our stay was to celebrate our wedding anniversary it wasn't very romantic. No hotel staff followed up with us during our stay to check if the smell remained.
After complaining to the hotel via email we have not to this date received any response nor any resolution. I will not recommend this property to friends nor family simply due to a lack of follow up, hospitality and professionalism
