Fantastic location and amazing staff
Ignore the 3.4 or whatever the review number says. This place was fantastic! You have to keep in mind that this is an older building in the old town area without some of the accommodations that you might find in more modern hotels in big city’s. For example, A/C won’t be strong and cold but it’s fine and we went during 100+ degree heat days.
Everyone was super helpful at every opportunity as well as friendly. Location is perfect to walk to anything you could want to do within 15-20 min. Lots of delicious food options within a 5 min walk.
Pool area has a beautiful view and there are plenty to of drink and food options. Breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is, so I’d recommend going to small local spots for delicious and ridiculously inexpensive breakfast options.

Long live Andalusia!
I would like to highlight the professionalism of the staff, who are very courteous, patient, and even bilingual (some speak French). Everything is great in terms of value for money and the size of the room. The cleanliness, the air conditioning, the pool (although a bit small during the summer due to the number of people), and more. However, I had large springs in my back in the middle of the bed, as well as a dip as if I were sleeping between two single beds. Good. The room service was a bit slow (about 1 hour and 15 minutes for a single dish), which is annoying given the price; I recommend the local restaurants. To conclude on a positive note, as this hotel is more than satisfactory (for a 3-star, you will not be disappointed), the lobby is magnificent, it is new, the elevators work, and so on. Top

Service is nonexistent
Really bad hotel. Guests are just a necessary evil. The staff would rather be served by the guests than be there for the guests. Service and friendliness are desperately sought.

It was a very average stay, the room was okay but only one internal facing window so not much light, cleaning was liveable but definitely room for improvement. The pool was the highlight for surviving the heat but a shame the bar isnt open during the day. There was water leaking through the bathroom ceiling, the room phone didnt work and the worst part was they accepted a large booking for a school and placed my room in the middle of it so there were a herd of young teenage boys maybe 11-13 running up and down the hallway, knocking on everyones doors in the night and jumping around in the pool which really took away from the stay

Disappointing
We spent 5 days in this hotel.
The only positive points are: its location and the pool. The latter is a major asset of this hotel. However, the hygiene of the pool is quite questionable: the edges are greenish, and one of the ladders is loose. The pool bar is quite pleasant.
Now, let's get to the heart of the matter....
- the room: what can I say... deplorable. We first requested to change rooms because the air conditioning was making a loud noise. We changed rooms, but of course, the same problem persisted, albeit less loudly. No compensation was offered to us knowing that we had to move our belongings ourselves.
- bathroom: not functional, mold on the ceiling, shower towels smelled musty.
- noise: unbearable... we were not at all disturbed by the street noise but rather by the maintenance staff in the morning: dragging beds, slamming doors, and talking very loudly. We were unable to rest during this vacation.
- cleaning: we had to request cleaning in our room twice, and it was systematically done in the afternoon.
- service: receptionists were not empathetic and not pleasant. Our check-in was rushed, and during our check-out, no feedback was requested from us.
The air conditioning in the lobby was pleasant. However, we find it unfortunate that there is no cloakroom to change while waiting for our flight.
To conclude, we do not recommend this hotel except for its location.
