Revolting
I do not recommend the stay to anyone. They took advantage of us at this hotel. We were very disappointed with the experience. The check-out prior to our entrance was not properly carried out and we were given a room with a broken TV to, on our exit, charge us more than 200 euros for “damage caused to the hotel”. Even sending photos proving that the damage on the TV was already there when we arrived in the room (with the date and time), they kept the position and still accused us of “hiding that we caused damage because we left the not disturbing plaque during the stay, not allowing checking the room”. The checking should have been done correctly before we entered, yes. They also claimed that the TV was delivered to us without damages - lie, because at least it was not conferred (was a huge damage - or was not seen or are lying). Again, we had a photo of the already broken TV in our entrance and, even sending them, we were still being charged and charged. It was a quick stay of 2 days, the bags were all spread across the room, there was no need to clean and so we left the plate. Everything was done in innocence, to give as little work as possible - for us and for the staff. Learned lesson - we will never do it again. Being charged and charged for something we didn't do is absurd, even more so in a hotel where we paid a lot to stay. Revolting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Modern hotel
Nice stylish hotel , very helpful friendly staff , there is also coffee shop at the hotel ideal for your morning coffee.
Beautiful modern hotel rooms and are cleaned up every day definitely recommended because is in the middle of all tapa bars and activities within walking distance

very central. walking to distance to shops. helpful staff. cafe right below. receptionist always present and accomodating. they allow you to leave luggages after check out. aircon was good. 25 min walk to Sta Justa train station. 10-15 min walk to bus station
very aesthetic place although unable to really see if our room is clean. mostly dark paint in our room so we were still able to see water marks near the sink. hair dryer was dusty. although hallways and public places appear clean. TV was working but we can still see (and access if we wanted to) other people’s Netflix, Disney accounts. lights in our room were warm. there was only 1 white light in front of mirrow which was intermittently working.
We were mostly out within the day. overall good experience with hotel - hopefully they can sort out the issues mentioned above. would likely stay again.

Central location. Perfect stay .
Central location within easy walking distance to the centre and main sights. Classy decor from reception and throughout the hotel.
Lovely fluffy towels and really comfortable bed. I slept very well which was perfect for refreshing ready for early morning and late evening walks while taking photos of the glorious city.
