Nüa Santa Cruz je šarmantni hostel smješten u srcu povijesne četvrti Santa Cruz u Sevilli. Nudi besplatni WiFi u cijelom objektu, besplatno skladište prtljage i sef na recepciji.

Clean and comfy in perfect location
Clean and comfy room
Friendly staff and a tasty self service breakfast .
The hostel is in the perfecr location to explore the city . We took a bus from the airport to the city centre and then its only a 15 mib walk to the hostel. We stayed for 1 night in quite a small room but had eveything we needed. Only had a view of a tiny sidestreet so if staying longer would ask for bigger room.
Would recommend for city break as the lication is close to all the amazing sites in Seville along with bars restaurants and shops

smak rooms, good location. Deluxe looks same als standard
good location, service okay, but rooms are very very small and outdated. We booked deluxe room but you get the same small room as if you had booked economy. I asked, but they say this is the deluxe room. Smaller wasn't possible so I think they gave economy for payed deluxe.

Well located and .... that's all
Hotel well located but the isolation is almost non-existent. A room located on the ground floor overlooking the reception and breakfast. A window overlooking the street so privacy level...
A VMC that screams as soon as you turn on the sdb light.
Finally on the last day we had to return the room at 12:00, returning to the hotel at 11:40 the room code had already changed..
Anyway, well located that’s all!

Very well located and very good price
…although I got a room with little lighting facing a patio… It's a shame the room that was assigned to me because both the Casa17 Suites building is phenomenal. Next time I will try to find another room with more light… Service, cleanliness and schedules are very good. Spacious rooms, very nice patio and terrace.

Bad management, zero customer attention. To be avoided
We booked a SUPERIOR DOUBLE room for 3 nights but were assigned a DOUBLE WHICH THEY SAID "SUPERIOR" (I can't imagine the economy ones).
Leaving aside the fact that the Superior really had nothing (leaking shower, broken sink) not only were we assigned a double room with separate beds (it can fit in, it often happens and this is not a problem) but the same beds could not not be placed next to each other at all since between the two there was a bedside table attached to the wall, impossible to move it.
The same evening of arrival we asked for a room change but we didn't insist because arriving at 8pm it was clear that all the guests had already arrived, the structure was fully booked. The girl at the reception, visibly pissed off, invited us to ask her colleague about the morning.
We then waited until the next morning to request a room change again to receive what we were entitled to and what we paid for, a double room, not a twin. The second receptionist also informed us that the facility was fully booked. We kindly asked to be able to make a room change before the arrival of the next guests (all hotels do this) and also giving us a lower level Economy room (€30 difference per night) but the answer was the same "The structure It's fully booked, we can't make any changes." We were even told "we cannot make room level changes, from Superior to Economy and vice versa".
The feeling is that it is a habit... once the booking has been made they send a message saying "What you requested cannot be guaranteed. Upon your arrival we will do everything possible to meet your needs."
Apart from the fact that neither of the two people made the slightest attempt to meet our needs, we didn't ask for the moon... we asked and paid for a double room or at least a twin room with the possibility of joining two beds to make it one.
A similar situation happened to us in the past but the property in question communicated in advance that the double room was not guaranteed at all and that the only room available would be a double. If they had sent this type of communication we would not have had any objections but in this case this was not the case.
They were incorrect and terrible!!
