Large and clean

Great location just a 5 min walk from the Cathedral. Apartment has also Nespresso coffee machine.
Inma is always kind and helpful with excellent English.
It has also a strong Air conditioning

Stayed here because of that title PENTHOUSE APARTMENT ROOFTOP GARDEN AND POOL on arrival was not allowed to access ROOFTOP GARDEN AND POOL so after paying for this I only received a studio apartment and narrow terrace Booking.com have tried to get a partial refund but owners will not refund anything we feel we have been misled and MUGGED if you do book this appointment check what you are getting.

Short Break in Beautiful Seville

We stayed in the beautiful Penthouse apartment with roof terrace for a short break and were absolutely delighted with the location and accommodation. Inma, checked us in at 2pm on the first day and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean and also close to the cathedral and Real Alcazar. Inma gave us a little map and circled all the main places to visit which are close by. The location is also close to many cafes, bars and restaurants. The tram route also passes close by and is a flat ticket price of €1.20. I highly recommend this accommodation and would have no hesitation in returning.

Centrally located

We used booking dot com and it included a free one way taxi to the apartment which was useful. We were met quite late c10pm due to the ryanair flight being a 9pm arrival, so that was useful. We were in the top floor apartment so benefited from the rooftop area, its nice to have some outside space. Apartment feels a little bijou but guess if you stay in the historic area they will be a little more compact. But good overall.

The roof terrace is a must!

This was our second trip to Seville and having had the benefit of a roof terrace on our first trip we were adamant that we had one second time around. This was the main reason for booking this apartment together with the central location.
We arrived late in the evening and our host, Laura, was waiting patiently for us. It was a little tricky to find but Google maps soon sorted that and the narrow streets of Seville are so quaint that it’s hardly a chore!
Laura was very welcoming and showed us to the apartment, which was accessible by a few flights of steep, open plan stairs. The apartment itself was compact but well thought out with enough room to comfortably accommodate two people. The room was extremely clean, nicely furnished with a good size bathroom (great shower) and ample storage for two.
The roof terrace was up a further flight of open plan stairs and it’s a fab space in a beautiful city. Admittedly, we hadn’t been forewarned of the ongoing construction in the area and building starts early due to the heat but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us and we’re interested to see how the renovation of the old Spanish buildings takes shape when they eventually open as 5 star hotels.
This is a fabulous apartment in a great location with warm and friendly owners. We would highly recommend the penthouse apartment, which is worth the climb!
We love Seville and we’ll definitely be back again soon!
