I traveled to Las Merindades.

A very pleasant and clean little hotel, comfortable. The staff is charming and attentive, caring.
I traveled from Asturias/Aller with a group of older friends to Las Merindades, and this place, Soncillos, was very well located for exploring them.
Every time we go out to explore our beautiful country, we are surprised.
It always gives us pleasant experiences, with people who believe in their territory and seek ways to highlight all the greatness they have. Exquisite food and incredible landscapes. I encourage anyone reading this to visit this beautiful region and stay at this Hotel***.

Bitter breakfast

We went to breakfast and for me surprise they did not have lactose-free milk (I am intolerant) I had to settle for a tea, nowadays I think they should have.

Experience not to eat again

One of the worst experiences in a restaurant to call it somehow, we sat at the tables of the bar because the restaurant was closed paying a menu of 20€ per head, the waitress's attention was very good , a young and very polite girl, the food was passable if you are starving, and in dessert they only had 3 options we chose 2 of them, custard and rice with milk , when they arrived, it seemed that the packaging of the custard had been cleared on tap and that water was the one they carried in a bowl, and the rice with milk a little more of the same seemed that they had made a jet of milk to give it color because it was not with milk, but the best of all was when I went to the waitress of the bar that was the oldest in the place and told her what happened, and textual words tells me, it is not my problem I am just the waitress, it is a shame that you can not go to eat in a town with as much love as this for bad cuisine and employees who are to meet schedules.

Good hotel to know Las Merindades

The price is good, the big room but the breakfast is monotonous, there was no one in reception during the days I was and the shower water takes a long time to come out hot.
