Family stay
Had a wonderful stay as a family of 3, entertainment staff were wonderful for the children. Highly recommend

Don't do it.
Don't choose this hotel. The air conditioning doesn't work properly. I got sick because of this (suffered from heat exhaustion). The only way to cool off is in the pool or by taking a cold bath in your bathroom. The food is boring and lacks variety.

Nice room, but that’s about it.
We arrived here in the evening to a load of people smoking outside the front doors. We had all our cases and needed to get down the ramps and they were blocking the path and barely moved an inch when asked. Not a great welcome!
Once checked in we headed to our room. To access our room we had to walk through another smoking area which wasn’t nice as non-smokers with children! Our room was nice and clean, but no air conditioning and it was like a furnace. There was a free-standing air con unit to use, but you had to have the big pipe out of the patio doors and so our exhausted children couldn’t sleep because of the screeching singing below from the ‘entertainment’.
In the morning we were awake at 7am and went onto the balcony for a while. We saw people standing around the pool fencing with their towels and wondered what they were doing. By 8:30 there were hoards of people waiting with towels and once the chains were dropped they were actually RUNNING to put their towels down on the sun beds. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing! We went to breakfast, then back to our room and made our way to the pool at around 9:15. We did struggle to find sunbeds, but we were absolutely not going to join in with the pathetic game of queuing up for an hour or more to try and save beds. The most ridiculous thing is they have signs to say you may not reserve sunbeds! It is laughable. On our last day we sat on our sunbeds for 6 hours and didn’t see anyone at the beds next to us once. They had put towels down at 8:30am and never returned. Nothing was done about this despite the hotel stating that towels will be removed by 11am if not being used.
Is this the price you pay for visiting a 3 star hotel? Selfish people and a hotel that doesn’t care?
I am not willing to try again to find out! An absolute disgrace of a setup.

With regard to the sunbeds, our policy does not allow them to be reserved. Our team supervises the pool area and unattended sunbeds are released from 11:00 a.m. onwards, allowing other guests the opportunity to use them.
We also have Reception and Guest Experience available throughout the stay to assist with any concerns or requests, and we always encourage guests to contact us so that we can look into the situation at the time.
