PERFECT

The service was excellent, everything perfect, no problems. The room was perfect, the cleanliness was great, the bathrooms were perfect, and the hotel staff's service was very good.

Excellent value and location

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Friendly and efficient staff. Only one elevator. No coffee maker in room. As a member of their frequent quest program the price of the room was attractive.

First time in Tenerife... and a very pleasant experience.

Whenever I can, I choose NH for the quality of its service and attention, and this case has been no exception. Very friendly and approachable staff. Varied buffet and well attended. Room and bathroom very clean. Very comfortable and spotless bed.
